Dabbert comes to life as soon as the White and Gray pop up on the party. He targets White first, roaring and thrusting himself in the creature's direction and using his shield as a battering ram in an attempt to knock it prone. As soon as the target goes down (assuming here) he gets teen feet of distance and hammers it with his halberd.
While the first is down, Dabbert side steps, whirling his halberd as he moves. The cloak draped over his shoulders flutters, his body a blur of motion, and the halberd lashes out twice before he finds a reasonable center between the two foremost threats, intending to attack again if either of them try to move toward or away from him.

Akkron sees that Dabbert and Lorlin have already done a number on these creatures... and Akkron decides to make sure that the stone guardians can't retaliate. He casts Tasha's Mind Whip at 5thlevel, which allows him to target all four of the creatures. Int save DC 24.

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
A flying shield smashes the white stone monsters prone. It writhes under physical and mental attacks but otherwise remains immobile. Dabbert's halberd reduces the grey golem to gravel.
Upon being mind-whipped, Vine andGold race forward and slam Akkron with a Rolling Charge. However, they cannot do that being mind whipped so they just run up 5ft away from you and stare... menacingly.
Angelic guardians leave cracks in their ornate stone surfaces.
Akkron returns their stare with the empty holes that once contained human eyes. If the creatures aren't scared... they should be. Honestly, he can't help but feel a level of pity for them, knowing that his companions are almost certainly about to destroy the stone guardians.

"These uh...things sure aren't very tough for being made of stone." Dabbert says, amazed when one falls to pieces. He attacks the proned enemy first, landing one more powerful strike before moving to Akkron's aid. He centers himself behind the two creatures menacing his ghoulish (friend? Ally? Acquaintance?) and unleashes hell.

Between Lorlin and Slip it’s hard to say who killed who but the remainder of the monsters are dead before they hit the ground. Nice piles of gravel. If these things were conscious they did not know what hit them & the path becomes clear.
As they fall the earth around them becomes somewhat less dry. Sandstone darkens into slate. Topsoil appears before being engulfed by a dry breeze. The vine-covered one even drops some of those edible plants the baron sent you.

"Thank you, my friend," Akkron says as the last of the stone guardians falls before Dabbert's halberd. "Trust me when I say that we would have found them much more difficult to deal with if we didn't possess ample magic to complete the task; mundane weapons would have done little more than annoy them."
The lich stoops to examine one of the shattered creatures, running a finger across the broken stone. "Galeb Duhr don't normally look like this... the only reason I recognized them was by their ambush technique... someone, or something, must have been carved into the shapes we saw. And, while Galeb Duhr are fairly clever for elementals, I doubt they would have the expertise needed to do this to themselves... and even for creatures made of stone, I imagine the process must have been excruciatingly painful."
Akkron is going to roll an Investigation check and a Religion check to see if he can glean any information about whoever or whatever carved these creatures into the forms we saw, Investigation to figure out what methods were used to perform this task/how long ago it was done, and Religion to determine what, if any, relevance there is to the forms that the creatures were given.

You have done a number on these guys but youn can jigsaw puzzle some of the pieces back together and did get a good look at them earlier. Though they are intricately carved and resembled cemetery statuary, signs of age like dust and weather wear we’re not present. Additionally, their shapes and engraved symbols strongly imply celestial influence/origin.
Akkron groans as he realizes what the party is dealing with.
"So... I have come to a rather unfortunate conclusion... it looks like these beings were carved by a Celestial. Or perhaps by powerful servants of a Celestial being. In any case, Lorlin, I hope that your deity can put in a good word for us, because I think we might have just offended an angel."

Dab takes a breath as he tries to control his breathing. In the few seconds the fight had lasted, his adrenaline had peaked and his breathing had accelerated. He listens as Akkron examines them.
"Good work uh...everyone." He says, recalling his shield to his back. "A Celestial? Why would we have offended them? Do you mean because we broke their toys? Or because we sprung some trap they'd laid?"
The warrior looks around, unsure of how to take this revelation. He's fought a lot of things in his life. Faced many challenges. But an angel?
"My main concern is that we may have earned a Celestial's wrath by destroying its creations,"Akkron clarifies, shaking some rock dust off his mummified hands. "I should also point out that, even though most people think of Celestials as forces of benevolence... that isn't always the case. Celestials have sometimes been known to fall from grace and become servants of evil... but at this point I'm just speculating. All I know for sure is that the carving was done by a powerful being and the designs took Celestial inspiration."
