Bart gives a half bow. "Sir, there's some kind of crazy in this town. The priest from out of town tried to kill my friends and I. Hurt us bad. Chased him off, but then beneath the temple we found the local priest and some devils. Mean suckers, but no match for this old hand. The priest is all messed up though. Gonna look into that more once he's had a breath. Think he might be sorta possessed. That basement has gotta be tainted somehow."
The half elf standing next to the undermayor is dressed in gleaming white chain mail that has a muted green and brown leather tunic dressed over the top. There is nothing subtle about this figure. You might wonder how ostentatious the effect would be if she weren't wearing the tunic, and maybe that is it's purpose. Beyond the white metal armor, she is currently holding a shield made of that same white metal in her right hand. The shield is embossed in colors of bronze and green in the symbol of the Melora. Her left hand is settled by her side where you can see a simple hilt of a longsword in immediate reach. She has copper toned skin with hazel eyes that are glancing around curiously. She has a curtain of long, deep, dark, brown hair. The hair is mostly left loose, but parts of it are braided back out of her face. Closer inspection reveals a scar on her brow above her right eye. It isn't large, but it is there.
When she opens her mouth to speak her voice is a deep and comforting, reminding you of being curled up to a warm fire. "Please show me to the most immediately injured, I will assist. I will also take a look at this priest." She starts to step past the undermayor towards Bart.
Liadyllea: Bart leads you and the undermayor to a small dwelling attached to the back of the temple. Inside is a half-elf standing watch over a halfling tied to a chair, wearing disheveled priestly vestments.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Liadyllea catches sight of the halfling tied up and does an immediate once over to see if she can determine what is wrong with him and if she can do anything to help. Without looking to the other half-elf she asks, "What are his symptoms?"
Perception/Insight/Medicine: 22

[[The reason for my lack of response is I want to add the additional PCs now and need to get them setup. Should be done soon.]]

Bart: The undermayor shouts "Halt!" to the guards trying to break in, the turns to you. "We heard an explosion of some kind, what is going on?"
You notice he is flanked by a half-elf you haven't seen before.

Cariadne is still in the room with the priest. She downs one of the healing potions.
She gains 5 HP.
"Thanks, Brother! You don't mind if I take another one for later, do you?" and pockets a second potion.

"Hold up, let me see him too." says the undermayor, as you all move back to the priest's quarters.

This game doesn't move very quickly, but the DM will check in and inform the scene. Just wanted alleviate any anxiousness to continue lol.

Cariadne gives the newcomer a once-over. "Kidnapping... Religion... Hopefully not yet casting spells on people trying to help them... Take your pick."
She retreats towards the door, giving the other half elf space to check the priest, while watching the action.
