Arynn gestures for the others to stop, then points to the tripwire. He'll then attempt to disarm the tripwire so they don't accidentally trigger it either now or on the way back.
Alan stops at Arynn's signal and waits for the resourceful man to disarm the trap. "Goblins planting traps? They're really hunkered in here. Do you think they're after the box we got last night?" Alan whispers to the group.

Fargrim turns to his companions quietly. "Tricky little devils, aren't they? Looks like they've gone into the tower. Let's keep an eye out for the children." He waits patiently for Arynn to disarm the trap before heading straight into the tower, shield and battleaxe at the ready.
To Alan, Fargrim considers, "Possibly. It does seem a bit too much of a coincidence, doesn't it?"

Arynn attempts to approach quietly, gesturing for the others to keep their voices down. He'll then attempt to survey the environment so the group can have a battle plan before busting in.
Fargrim holds back at Arynn's signal. He mentally recoils slightly at this stealthy approach. Damn cowardly goblins hiding behind traps and hostages. Still... those children should be our priority.

Looking around you don't see anything other than the footprints. As a result of the noise the guards were making with the door you cannot hear any low level sounds that could give you any potential information due to the sound pollution.
If all seems clear, Arynn will double back to the others. "Perhaps we should let the guards in. Either that or try and locate the goblins and rescue the children while we have the advantage." He comments to the group in a hushed tone.

"As long as the guards are providing a distraction, we'll have the element of surprise on our side. Let's find those kids."
Readying his battleaxe and shield, Fargrim carefully leads the group into the break room, trying not to think about almost being eaten by a gelatenous cube.
Alan follows behind the noisy dwarf, shaking his head an trying not to laugh at his attempt at stealth. He stays relaxed and unconcerned, though he has his crossbow at the ready.

As the group moves up the tower they see the same things they saw last time they were in this tower. The locked cabinet on the second floor with many file cabinets but this time the files are scattered all over the place as if someone had searched for something. The locked wall cabinet is still closed and locked. The footprints continued up the tower towards the last floor.

Solastor keeps his shield and mace ready but stays close behind the more agile members of the party. He knows he has good footing but it is beyond him to remain silent. He tires to keep his eyes scanning to spot potential traps or ambushes.
You move to the top floor still not seeing any goblins but following the footprints. Upon reaching the top floor you see the footprints heading out one of the doors along one of the catwalks.

Fargrim trips slightly at Alan's nudging, but quickly catches himself. He continues out onto the catwalk, wondering where exactly those goblins think they are going, but following the footsteps in front of him until he reaches goblins or a dead end.
Following the goblins footprints you eventually reach a place where the footprints end. A place where the boxes in the warehouse had been stacked in such a way that it created an enclosed square. A rope trails from the catwalk to the floor of the warehouse and ends next to a hole in the floor that is the beginning of a rather small tunnel. Perfect for small creatures like goblins... Or children.

After disarming the fairly unsophisticated trap with ease you head to the tower. The door is open and the footprints lead inside.
