(OOC: Was Alan's action to shoot at the leader taken before initiative? If it wasn't, then he should probably be changing targets to one of the henchmen.)

Taman runs up next to the henchmen and casts Tasha's hideous laughter at the leader: Wisdom save1
The leader falls to the ground laughing while choking on his own breath, his face turning purple as he is unable to catch his breath. He then passes out.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Solastor draws his mace and comes up next to Taman. As he comes up next to him Taman catches a few syllables before a gout of flame erupts from his shield.
Burning Hands: 10 I would like to try and catch all 4 in the group but avoid the two that went toward the chest.

Solastor runs up next to Taman on the end of the group and sends flames sweeping at the 4 standing in your way.

The first figure burst into flames as the wave of fire sweeps across the group, the second dodges slightly taking only half damage but the other two more focused on their fallen leader are caught in the flames as well and the three are consumed in it's heat. The last holds up his sword in blistered hands and curses before turning and swinging his sword at the one who burned him. Attack: 21 Damage: 2
Arynn then charges in and with quick action from his sword takes out the blistered figure with slashes to his belly and chest. Blood fountains from the wounds as he falls mortally wounded and then groans before dying. In the distance you can hear the sound of running feet and calling voices from the top of the wall. It appears the City Guard have been alerted by the sounds of fighting, as short as the fighting was.
Alan, a little disturbed that things escalated to murder so quickly, dashes straight for the box, seeing that as the priority before the city watch comes nearer.
(If he is able to while running, he holsters his hand crossbow and pulls out his shield to protect against any opportunity attacks or arrows/bolts)
(The way I picture this is that you have enough time to possibly search the bodies, try and grab/hide the chest since it is relatively small, and do something with the unconscious figures before the guard show up. Just remember that they are prejudice against non-humans)

Once Alan has the chest in hand, he realizes it's too late to get away without the guards seeing him. He quickly hid the chest at the base of the wall under some discarded wood so the guards wouldn't see it. He makes his way over to the unconscious form of the tall figure and inspects him. After determining that the figure is not human, he binds the figure in rope, making sure it is very visible to the city watch, should they appear.
(I'm assuming that the tall figure is not human.)
Alan adopts his most theatrical pose next to the unconscious form and waits for the arrival of the city watch.
As an after thought, Alan whispers to his companions, "Just go with it."
Ignoring the guards, Fargrim dashes to the person who brought the box to the party, dropping his shield and using his rope to restrain him before the charm wears off.
Alan pulls back the hood of the tall figure and there sleeping in front of him is the figure of an Orc.
As Fargrim Finished tying the figure up the guards come into sight. A whole squad of city gaurds, twelve total in chain mail and carrying halberds come into view. With them is a figure Arynn recognizes, Sergeant Christopher commander of this squad.
(Last chance to do anything before they arrive, initiative is over)
"We were too late for these folks, unfortunately. This orc didn't even give them a chance. I'm sure you all would have been much quicker and more adept than we were at apprehending them." Alan said to the guards, gesturing at the bodies of the henchmen as he did so.
I hope they buy that the orc took care of these folks. We're in some serious trouble if they don't.

Sgt. Christopher looks at the scene in front of him as he approached. The men with him quickly spread out to surround the group with suspicious eyes. "What is going on here Arynn?" He says with a rusty sounding voice with a tired edge to it before he looks and notices the figure of the sleeping orc that is now beginning to snore loudly. His hand then moves and settles on the hilt of his sword and his face grows visibly harder. "What are you doing with that orc there?" The rest of the guard move their halberds to a ready position on even greater alert.

"Sargent, am I glad to see you." Arynn says in a more quiet tone. "We found a lead of some sort of smugglers or something. An orc by the name Ungaroth. Don't suppose you know the name?"
Around this time Fargrim drags the sleeping prisoner up and walks him nonchalantly to the bard, avoiding the gaze of the guards at this cloaked man. "Here's the inside man we were looking for. Lord Hightower will probably want to talk to him, as well."

I will place myself kneeling next to Fargrim and the prone Orcs, my Light still active and emitting a golden radiance.
Taman moves to stand next to everyone else, with the restrained enemies. He maintains the hideous laughter spell on the enemy leader.
Can't have you making this conversation any more awkward now, can we?
He adopts a friendly and open posture when the guards arrive and shouts;
"Guards! Thank Helm the professionals are here!"
