The orc looks at the group of you with a defiant look but the words of Fargrim seem to shake him slightly. "The Orcs have a fort set up in the middle of the plains west of here but there are bands all over. This fort has been feeding information about shipments regularly and there is a guy in there that runs as a middle man between our leader and the one who hired us to be here. That is all I know." Avery tries to stem the bleeding but the wound is so bad that it is a losing battle.

Whilst the others are questioning the orc, Arynn will drag the dead off of the road. He gives a grunt of thanks for the healing, but is annoyed at himself for botching up the ambush, and also that the combat may have alerted the camp already...
Fargrim looks in annoyance at Avery. "Ya 'aven't seen many dyin' men, have ye, Avery. We should put tha brute out o' 'is misery. He's fulfilled 'is end o' tha bargain." Fargrim makes as if to knock out the orc with the blunt end of his axe, but will wait for a response from the Avery before fulfilling his promise to the orc.
"A cold lot aren't you all. To answer your question, yes actually I have seen men die, growing up where I did you see too much of it. People who cross my path though usually leave with their lives, don't enjoy taking a life if a life can be spared. But fine, go ahead kill if you want." Avery will back off away from the Orc.
"'Til we fight in tha next life," Fargrim prays, quickly and cleanly finishing off the orc before wiping the blood off the axe. Closing the orcs eyes, he gives the body a once over, looking for any mundane weapons he has on him to sacrifice to Clangeddin. "In my experience, if ye want ta take prisoners, the back o' a blade or a mace will do ya better than an arrow. Got 'im right in tha artery, ye did. Though orcs understand tha glory of battle. Better ta die on tha field than live in tha prisons."
Solastor will assist Arynn with moving the dead off the road and out of sight. "With what we've encounter before and being on a road, should we come back after the camp and burn or bury these?"
As the rest of the party is moving the bodies, Fargrim gathers together the Javelins and Greataxes, placing them in a pile, and offering a prayer to Clangeddin Silverbeard, white light from the Heavens comes down and destroys the weapons.
OoC: Casting sacred flame. Let me know if this won't work the way I'm imagining it. The idea is that he renders the blades unusable as an offering... perhaps burning up the wooden portion at least. My other idea was burying them, though that would be a bit more time consuming.
"Our presence here may have been spotted, but that could be an advantage. If we can move around to the other side of the camp from here, they may stay focused on figuring out what happened out here. Or we can lie in wait for any scouts that may come to investigate.
I do not find the shadows comfortable, and they do not cling to my presence. I be as stealthy as I can for whatever we attempt."
Teller pulls out his books and writing utensils and begins recording what just transpired, and the beginnings of this interrogation.
It's never a bad idea to learn something.

Avery would like to run over and attempt to slow the bleeding so the orc hopefully won't die so quickly.

Alan runs over to the orc and sees the others with him.
"How do we get into the fort?" He asks, slightly out of breath.

"Do you know how many people are in the fort?" Avery asks. Even though she not good at it she will continue to try and stem the blood flow.

"He has no further use to us. Fagrim, you should put him out of his misery. Don't let him bleed out." Teller says, coldly caring.

Each Orc has a javelin and a Greataxe on them. Not well constructed but functional.

A bright flame cascades from the sky burning the handles of the javelin's and axes. Sounds can be heard from the direction of the fort now.

"Great." Says Arynn. "There goes our cover." He regroups with the others for what is about to come.

(DM, just for reference, how wide did the river in front of the camp appear to be?)
(it is approximately 1/4 mile in width, Perfect for ship travel)
