Without hesitation Teller casts Chaos BoltSpell vs Boat 21 to hit. 7 + 3 cold damage. The Bolt then uncontrollably leaps towards one of the passengers if they within range. Spell vs Passenger 19 to hit. 6 + 4 also cold damage.

The bolt of cold flies toward the boat, striking it and causing ice to form along it's surface before passing on and hitting one of the men in the boat that is rowing. He lets out a cry and drops the oar temporarily but quickly picks it up and begins rowing with a renewed vigor. The figure sitting at the front of the boat begins yelling to the men to move faster. The men on the walls, noticing where the bolt of magic mace from begin to draw arrows on teller. and one fires even though you are a bit out of range. Attack: 6 Damage: 6 The shot is not shot with very much accuracy and lands Harmlessly 50+ feet in front of you

Teller smirks at the wall; with a wide smile. "Miss Avery, I would recommend relocating yourself from next to me. It would seem I have their attention." With another flourish of his wand Teller will cast Chaos Bolt at 2nd level again at the boat. Spell vs Boat 26 to hit. 13 + 4 acid damage.
"Don't need to tell me twice, be careful friend. I keep an eye on that fort while you work your magic." Avery will skitter away from the other and set herself up somewhere else nearby.
Fargrim would have heard the noise of the magic and the bowshot.
Teller: Your next shot reaches the boat but barely. It causes a little damage but the boat is still moving and quickly getting beyond your spell range of 120 feet

Teller begins to sink into the bushes as the men on the fort light arrows and send them sailing towards his location. None of them hit him but the grass around him begins to burn, outlining him in the background. The men in the boat still rapidly rowing away when the boat begins to show signs of getting lower in the water and an exclamation is let out by the rowers. The man at the front of the boat begins yelling instructions and it turns completely towards the opposite shore and they row with renewed vigor. Then the men in the fort begin preparing arrows in case they are assaulted. Torches are lit all along the top of the fort lighting up the area all around it.
