Sam you can reach the WK since it's next to Marley.
(Assuming you would put the torch down in a way to keep the light since you can't weird the glaive 1 handed)
Sam you toss your torch on the ground ti give you light and run up and attack ghe WK. In the dimlight you miss judge the distance and miss on your first swing but connect on the back slash.
Maziara stays back behind the group and takes aim at the winged kobold with the bow. He notches an arrow and lets it fly.
Attack: 5 Damage: 3
Maziara follows this up with bardic inspiration, speaking words of power to Marley to help him in his close combat scuffle. (Use that extra 1d6 wisely!)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Maziara will assume kobold 1 has fallen to their demise and take aim at kobold 2 with another arrow. Trying his best to shoot as sharp as Marley, he notches and lets loose an arrow.
Sam you are able to see the Kobold pop its head up from the rocks you take careful aim and stab killing the creature.
End of combat.
You all are at the end of the tunnel. Just beyond the rocks is a ledge dropping into the darkness. It looks like there use to be a bridge but it has since fallen away. At the bottom of the ledge 20 ft down there appears to be a pool of water that stretches into the darkness. Looking in the direction Kobold 1 fled there is a narrow ledge. (Requires a acrobatics check to use)
(Marley is unconscious)
Not anymore
(Not sure who I'm close enough to melee)
If melee: Sam attacks with his glaive: Attack: 12 Damage: 10
- Bonus Action: Attack: 6 Damage: 7
If Ranged then Flying Kobold attack with bow: Attack: 22 Damage: 5

Maziara trying not to hit Sam you aim too high and the arrow sails off into the dark.
Kobold 2 attacks Marley with its dagger.
Attack: 23 Damage 6
Crunchface you are able to target Kobold 1 and the Wing Kobold without also hitting Marley and Sam.
Both are blinded.

Marley draws his rapier with his offhand and lets out a low growl as he attacks WK (with advantage since it's blinded).
Shortsword: Attack: 22 Damage: 11

Sneak Attack if either hit: 6
You kill the Winged Kobold with your short sword sneak attack and hurt Kobold 1.

You all hear the creature slip as there is a scream and a splat in the darkness.
Sam and Maziara are up.
Only Kobold 2 remains
Maziara will assume kobold 1 has fallen to their demise and take aim at kobold 2 with another arrow. Trying his best to shoot as sharp as Marley, he notches and lets loose an arrow.
Attack: 19 Damage: 1

What do you do?
"I could go first with rope tied around my waist..." Marley muses out loud, then waits to see if anyone else has a better idea.
Sam will hold the rope for Marley so incase he falls I can reel him back in.
