(Just a reminder, Dark, that the stone spirit is 80 feet away from where you started, you won't be able to get within martial arts range, and the dart would be thrown with disadvantage. Perhaps you would like to rethink your turn. As mentioned in the PMs, you can either use the ki point to dodge, or the extra unarmed strike since they both require a bonus action.)
Mara calls upon the strongest spell she can for the moment, but the blast bounces off the spirit's rocky form, leaving it unharmed.
Simmeat steps forward 25 feet (55 feet away from the spirit) and takes a defensive posture.
Darnell continues his continuous efforts with these shabby pieces of bone. He feels like the lock should be undone any second now...
Leojym utters a dark tone as the bells toll for the Spirit of Stone. Spirit of Stone's Wisdom Saving Throw:21 It appears that the spirit, being a dead thing already, has accepted its fate long ago, uncaring for the necromancy.
Killian conjures fire to hurl at the hulking form of stone. The fire strikes it, but it barely seems to do anything to the creature before the group. (Spirit of Stone: 1 damage)
Rubble steps forward (50 feet away from the spirit) and communicates with the creature in a native Terran tongue. The spirit responds with some low rumbling of its own.
"You have disturbed the halls of the dead. You must face retribution."
Just before Dark goes into full combat mode he realizes how far away the stone really is and instead prepares himself for any range attacks using dodge as his defense.

(As mentioned, Shadow will rarely be able to update at this point, so will take a turn for him)
Shadow steps forward as well, his claws primed (50 feet away from the spirit) and points a claw at it. "I am not your prey, you are mine." He casts Hunter's Mark on the spirit, then takes a dodge.
The Spirit of Stone slowly advances forward, moving about 20 feet as it looks on at the group. There is some rumbling as is steps forward, and three large rocks fly off of its body at the closest three people (Shadow, Rumble, and Simmeat)
Stone's Throw vs. Rumble: Attack: 11 Damage: 8 bludgeoning Stone's Throw vs. Shadow: Attack: 19 Damage: 8 bludgeoning Stone's Throw vs. Simmeat: Attack: 9 Damage: 5 bludgeoning
Rumble and Shadow manage to evade the small rocks that flung towards them, but Simmeat is struck square in the face. (Simmeat: 10/21 HP)
The spirit rumbles and groans as it moves closer. For Rumble:
"You have desolated sanctified ground. You must all face penance."
Simmeat's head whipped back by the force of the rock that hit him. He shook his head to clear his vision and rushed toward the spirit.
I wish I had a hammer...
He clumsily swung his short sword at the stone monstrosity's knee with an unpracticed stroke and followed it up with a surprisingly more capable flying kick to the same spot.
Simmeat rushes forward with great speed at the Spirit of Stone. He takes the shortsword and slices at the spirit, as it bounces clean off, cracks appearing on its edge. He then tries with his fist. He manages to hit the spirit, but he regrets it as it like striking against the densest of stones.
Saving Throw: 1
The shortsword in Simmeat's hand breaks clean in two. He know has what could potentially be called a dagger.
Leojym continues the call from the belfry of the afterlife. Spirit of Stone's Wisdom Saving Throw:15 The spirit seems unperturbed by the continuous din of bells as it continues its advance.
Killian unleashes another bolt of flame which arcs over the dwarf. The flame seems to harmlessly bounce off its body this time, the spirit of stone completely ignoring the spell's effects.
Darnell carefully turns the flimsy bits of bone and there is a "click". Somehow (he's not sure he believes it himself) he managed to pick this lock with some shard of bone. The smaller padlock falls to the ground and appears to short circuit; the gate is now unlocked!
(Darnell, if you want to free action open the gate and then move through, feel free)
Rumble goes from wide-eyed surprised after having evaded the boulder to almost wholly shocked silent by its words. He snaps out of the stupor hearing the snap of metal on stone, and following a curt shake of the head, he calls out, "Waitwaitwait! Everyone J-just.. st-to-stop attacking! I... I..."He looks around to each, and upon noting the gate adds,"I-I need'jall get through the gate."
The earth genasi doesn't wait on a response before setting the entirety of his focus on the giant. He steps closer without hesitation, one hand raised in surrender, while the other fiddles around trying to pull out the club. Again, he speaks in an otherworldly voice. But unlike last time, instead of churning earth and cracking stone his voice comes out... softer. It should be impossible, and yet one could swear its likeness to sand softly shifting and delicate ringing of vibrating gem.
"O' wonderous and just spirit! We humble souls meant no such disrespect. If we but stay our hands, and you yours, may we not speak of a less violent means of restoring the sanctity of this hollow place? Please, I beg of thou patience on this matter."
OOC: I'd like to try and persuade the spirit to chill out~ And if given inspiration, immediately burn it on this madness.
Killian waits just on the opposite side of the gate after walking thru. At the ready, waiting to see how Rumble fairs in trying to make peace with the spirit.
To the others, "we already lost one companion I'm not willing to lose another"
