Ven will spend an action to use Countercharm, to give the githyanki advantage on their next charm save until Ven's next turn. Then moves out of the area toward the woman.
I will move up closer to the woman to listen to what she is saying.
< I totally missed the content of this post. Sorry about that.>
"This place was used to prepare for contact with forces beyond mortal comprehension. You should avail yourselves of the chance to do the same." the woman notes.
<rogue (and 3 others) currently in a brightly lit open hallway, but if he turns at the T, the light won't follow unless the cleric's mace does. After casting the woman follows Quadere (stated, not previously depicted) but the rogue does not draw an aoo moving past her.>
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
The cleric uses a hand ro bless the others, leaving the flowing mace held by just one hand. The woman stretches her arms longer than should be possible in an effort to search the object (which she acts on upon success, pending cleric's saves)
Attack 1 23
Attack 2 19
Disarm action, target has DA and must save against attack rolls above using Str or Dex
<pending results, the following action will likely begin in darkness>
The woman targets the Bard who must make a (results available upon failure)
(OOC I went back to edit my posting because I made a spelling mistake, forgetting it rerolls the dice each time and of course the dice rolls are now all lower than the original rolls ARRRGGGHHH!!!)... SIGH... I guess we'll go with the new rolls. ignore the critical hit roll)
<OK. Didn't see it flagged. That's all. I am also noticing I failed to include the bard's save criteria, so he knows what he has to roll. It's a Wis save: DC18. My sincere apologies for this omission.>
It's not a spell. it's not a charm or fear effect. It's just eating your memories. It also learns all languages the bard knows and gains all his proficiencies (except saving throws).
Ven takes 44 psychic damage and suffers from the memory drained effect*, meaning all ability checks and attack rolls take a d4 penalty. Also, you're possibly in the dark, which imposes DA on attacks because the target can still see you, but we need to see the result of the cleric's attempt to hold on to the light source ro determine that.
*how to end the memory drained effect:
(I'd call it meta, but I'm old-school. It's not a silver bullet situation where a clue is really necessary, but here it is, all the same.)

Ready with magehunter feat if she casts again
(OOC Reminder : Githerai have advantage on saves vs Charms and Frightened conditions, but the Githyanki in party do not.)
(I suspected that she was luring us in... I should have used my read thoughts power on her... but was saving it to be able to cast shield spell)
Shaiere will move up and attack the caster of the Hypnotic Pattern spell.
Attack 1 23 Damage 4
Attack 2 20 Damage 4
Bonus attack 3 19 6

Random roll 4
The hall to the left that ends in a T? You can see as far as the T, since the cleric brought a light and is also in that hallway.

Not a big deal, just curious.>

Ven Wisdom save 8
Advantage if this is a spell (since she's within 5 ft), or if it's a charm or fear effect. 10
If it was a spell, ven would get an opportunity attack from Mage slayer and with warcaster he would use it to cast dissonant whispers at 4th level
Wisdom save DC 15 or take 11 psychic damage and be forced to spend her movement moving away from Ven (half damage and no extra effect on success)
(There's a lot of conditional actions here, so I will update spell slots after results are in)
