Mary strides forward and with her bardic powers, Kres is saved from the brink of death, his eyes bolting open to see the huge stinking forms of Klarg and his wolf above him (now at 7 HP, but still prone). Her words then cut like her rapier wit at the mind of Klarg.
Klarg's Wisdom Saving Throw:5
"YOU DARE MOCK KLARG? KLARG TAKES YOUR HEADS, HIS WEAPON NOT DULL, BUT NOT SWORD!" The bugbear roars at Mary, who seems to have distracted her attention. (Klarg: 2 damage, disadvantage on his next attack roll before the end of his next turn)
(We'll wait for Haize until tomorrow. I'll give it about 12 hours, if there's no show I'll take the turn)
Randaler hears a distant voice... 'mock Klarg... not dull...' What's not dull? Who is Klarg? The white light is pulling stronger at him, but he does not want to go. Go... go... where did the dragon go? the one who burned my village... the one who killed my parents... Time feels fuzzy...
OOC: @Necmo, your turn you had to use your dash to manage to get to the room, so wouldn't be able to heal either on your first turn. It wasnt wasted, as if you didn't dash this turn you would only just get to the room after your next turn's move. Lay on Hand is an action, as is Dash, which is why you couldn't do so this round. To clarify further, you were 40 feet north of the entrance to the room, Randaler is 30 feet south of the entrance of the room, so 70 feet away. That's the joy of the group splitting where some stayed behind to interrogate while others continued their exploration.
Since Haize hasn't posted, I'll take control of the character temporarily
Haize rushes forward into the room, facing off with Klarg with a swift strike with the sickle, followed by a punch.
The bugbear staggers back, both strikes landing true on the big brute. (Klarg: 15 damage, disadvantage on his next attack roll before the end of his next turn)
Situation: Everyone has managed to get to the room, Realgâr rushed through the entranceway at the end of round 1, passing up with Mary and Chad who have been slinging spells into the room. Kres is still prone 10 feet into the room and beside the wolf and Klarg, with Haize beside him as backup. Randaler is unconscious 30 feet from the entrance and bleeding out still, with the two goblins flanking him, but paying more attention to the reinforcements fighting their leader with some conflicted looks. (Realgâr can get towards Randaler this turn to Lay on Hands on his turn, but may have to navigate around the enemies which could be hazardous)
Kres groans as he stands to his feet he shakes his head and wields his Staff, facing both the Wolf and Klarg. He will swing his staff into the knee of the large bugbear and attempt to punch him in the chest.
Kres rises up, attempting to use his staff to get a quick blow in, but his requirement on its support to get to his feet ends up with the strike going too wide. He attempts a blow with his open hand, but it is batted away by the large bugbear.
"FOOLISH BIRD! YOU THINK KLARG WOULD BE HARMED BY SMALL CREATURE?" He roars. While he is boasting, there is a deep cut bleeding from the sickle strike, and he doesn't look at his best.

When I’m up:
”You sir are one ugly bastard!” I yell to Klarg. “And your minions will soon falter at the feet of the great Chadwick Gloomblast!” My wand charges up and launches a fire bolt at goblin 2 seeing he is worse for the wear.

(Randaler just needs to make a saving throw for now)
Randaler's Death Saving Throw:13
Enemies' Turns:
The wolf growls as it leaps at Haize, biting viciously at the one who hurt its master. Wolf's Bite vs. Haize:11Damage:8 piercing, and make a DC 11 Strength Saving Throw or be knocked prone. The wolf's bite isn't able to get a grasp on the nimble genasi as its maw goes wide.
Klarg roars out again "GET THEM, YOU STUPID MINIONS!" He swings his morningstar at the aarakocra who has returned from the dead. Klarg's Morningstar vs. Kres:9Damage:17 bludgeoning. Klarg's swing goes awry (forgot to add disadvantage, but missed anyway with the strike) as he stumbles forward slightly when attacking, allowing for Kres to evade the blow.
The goblins seem scared into action, but don't want to get close. They drop their scimitars and rush behind the boxes again, returning a few seconds later with a couple of shortbows and arrows.
OOC: Headed to bed for the night, so posting this for Round 3 so I don’t delay anything.
Randaler is floating in the white light, and he feels cold start to creep into his very bones. Then there is a pull backwards and he is falling… falling…
With a rush of sound Randaler comes to his senses, and breaths deeply. He looks up and sees two goblins standing above him facing his companions. With a quick motion, he rolls to his feet behind them and lashes out with his dagger at the goblin nearest to him.
OOC: I posted in the OOC thread, but I wanted to make sure everyone saw it if they looked here first.
Poke hope you don't mind if I answer
In this particular game, we are using a block system for Initiative
1st blue block with 2 names are "Part 1" of the round. They may attack at-will and may skip eachother (same for all other blocks).
2nd red block is Part 2. Once Part 1 finishes, then they go at-will.
3rd blue block is part 3 and go at-will once part 2 finishes. Once they finish, Next Round starts.
Hope that clears it up
Realgâr yells to Mary, "Looks like the ranger needs some fixin' up quick!"
Satisfied that Randaler is in good hands, Realgâr runs towards the nearest enemy that he can reach if they're within 25ft. He swings his axes in a downward cutting action as he leaps towards it. If he cannot reach one, he'll Dash again. Attacks below if applicable.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Chad releases a fire bolt at the bugbear, causing minor singes to its hairy mass. (Klarg: 16 damage)
The wolf cannot understand the common tongue, but the sentiment is there. Wolf's Wisdom Saving Throw:7 The wolf whines slightly as its mind is harmed by the harsh words. (Wolf: 1 damage)
Realgâr rushes in towards his closest target (the wolf) and swings his twin axes at the wolf. With a quick double attack, the wolf yelps as it falls to the ground defeated. (Wolf 1: defeated, 11 damage total)

Basically the above. The only thing that I probably won't be interchanging is when death saves need to be made, since you're not conscious to "wait" for your ally to act.
(@NYCowboysFan71 Also I'm assuming you meant to put Randaler, not Realgâr)
Situation: Klarg has Realgâr, Haize and Kres nearby him, 10 feet from the entrance to the room. Randaler is on the floor, now awake, behind the two goblins with their shortbows (around 20 feet away from the others). Chad and Mary have stayed at the entrance, casting their spells from a distance.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kres staying in the swing of things, continues his fight with Klarg, he dodges the morning star to the left and brings his staff down on klargs back, before following up with a jumping kick to the face.
Kres' quarterstaff makes contact, but doesn't have the strength behind it that he anticipated. However, his foot swiftly deals a devastating strike to Klarg's face, causing his nose to bleed. (Klarg: 25 damage)
ENEMY'S TURNS
Klarg howls in pain from the blows. "YOU HAVE NOT SEEN THE LAST OF KLARG!" He shouts as he disengages from those in combat with him and retreats into the shadows behind the pillar he originally was hiding behind. As he begins to disappear from view, he seems to dive forwards (he can be chased, just FYI).
Goblin 2 looks around the room, from the ranger beside him to the rest of the group. "Me surrender!" he says in scratchy common, dropping the bow and holds his hands up. "Klarg mades me do it!"

Chad
I give chase to Klarg. As I pass the surrendering goblin, I hold out two fingers (English version of the finger) to the goblin. "Surrender or die," I yell to the bug bear. If Klarg is available to attack i will. A fire bolt speeds off from my wand towards the back of Klarg.
Mary Sees Kres fall to the floor and quickly casts Healing Word : 7 to save him.
"Your sword's blade is as dull as the shit I took last week" I say to the vile creature that has felled my team mate. Vicious Mockery : 2 (WIS 13 ST)
