What Kres says is true. There is a large lump forming on the neck from the concussive blow he left on the goblin. It may be a while before it wakes up unless healed or prompted in a different manner.
There is then a howl and a bark that echoes into through the tunnel ahead.
i will reach back and smack the goblin across the face. My glowing wand pointed straight in his face. A fire bolt readied if goblin 2 wakes up and gets jumpy.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Randaler whispers to the party, "If we want to try to get some info from him, I can attempt to see if I can wake him up, not heal him exactly, but maybe help him come to his senses."
He binds the goblins hands behind him, then gets out his Herbalism Kit and does a Medicine check ( 9 )on the goblin in an attempt to wake him up.
Realgar's shout makes Randaler realize the bound goblin is the least of their worries. He quickly readies his bow and nocks an arrow, and prepares for the fight to continue.
It'll take a brief minute for Chad to work on the goblin (it took a severe blow, which caused it unconscious state) but eventually he managed to wake it up. The goblin flails. "Gah!" It screeches as it sees Chad looming above it.
Randaler and Kres step forward towards the room, Kres keeping towards the walls. His torch doesn't help with his ability to stealth. The room ahead seems to split off into a second segment towards the east. To the north of the room is a pair of rocky pools that seem to have been drained of their water, which must've caused the flooding earlier. There is also a passage that continues in the north-west which appears to lead a path back down the way the stream is flowing.
“Who is Boss Klarg and is your life worth anything to him?” I say in goblin. I hold my want in his face. I use prestidigitation to make the tip of my wand glow like it’s red hot and steam.
The goblin attempts to back away slightly, shuffling on the ground like a scared pup. In a squeaky tone the goblin replies in common, "Boss Klarg is leader here. We all answer to him. Big, scary bugbear. He kill you if you fight him."
Randaler keeps his bow at the ready and turns the corner. Ahead he can see sacks and crates of looted provisions are piled up in the south end of this large cave. To the west, the floor slopes toward a narrow opening that descends into darkness. A larger opening leads north down a set of natural stone steps, the roar of falling water echoing from beyond. In the middle of the cavern, the coals of a large fire smolder.

He stairs at the unconscious goblin, choosing to not help it out.

Realgâr doesn't bother with the goblin, instead being more focused on the sounds of barking and howling.
"I think we might have more pressin' matters lads!" He points towards the tunnel ahead where the sounds are coming from.

(Randaler wouldn't have enough time to secure the goblin and awaken him, so we'll go with it's bound and tied up from that action)
The group gets their weapons prepared, though the noises ahead have gone silent.
Realgâr is alarmed by the sudden silence and keeps his eyes and ears open for any sign of a surprise attack.

It does sound like perhaps whatever made those noises has retreated further into the cave.
