Vuntuk has cast guidance on Shadow so he would be close to him initially, but he would'nt want to stick around. He would make his way to the other side of the building after casting. So I'd say he would be on j7 heading for G2 where he can have an eye on the rat building but also on the door of the bathhouse.

Rellahne suddenly see two Giant Rats moving to attack her from the alleyway to her east (G and H 12). Apparently they were hidden amongst the debris of the alley. They flank her, one turning into a hybrid rat/humanoid figure, distracting Rellahne as the other one Bites her, Attack: 18 Damage: 4. The bite tears into Rellahne's flesh. Rellahne make a DC 11Con save.
As the hybrid finishes moving he calls out "Brothers we are discovered"

Irena make a perception check DC 10, if you succeed you hear the battle crys
Note on the map that the numbers are slightly off. I'm not sure if they got moved slightly after I set them or what exactly. But count down the line to make sure you have the right number. I believe that Shadow moved to D11 to flank W3 with Rellahne instead of D10. Is ghat correct?
No d10, I'm not flanking, that would have been C11. I'm one square above W3
Lol, I was so worried about the wrong number, I didn't even check the letter
Shadow moves to D10 and attacks the Hybrid Warerat with his Rapier, but misses,. He then uses his bonus action to attack with his dagger, making a good solid strike, but the enemy doesn't seem damaged by the dagger.
((Shouldn't the "hearing the battle" be coverd by Vuntuks passiv perception (that's 22), i'll roll anaways however my modifier is a +7 so it will be hard to fail a dc5))

Warerat 1 perception check (DC 5) 17
The warerat (W1) on the corner of the roof hears his brother's warning and look down he sees Vuntuk (who they know is part of the party, because they have been watching you) and leaps off the 20 feet building. Taking no damage from the fall the warerat lands of his feet and moves to K7 and attacks Vuntuk with both a Bite Attack: 24 Damage: 9, and a Shortsword Attack: 15 Damage: 3. Neither of which gets through Vuntuk's armor.
The other warerat (W2) also leaps off the building and lands on his feet taking no damage from the fall. He moves to I7 flanking Vuntuk with his pack brother. He also attacks first with a Bite Attack: 20 Damage: 4, followed by a Shortsword Attack: 19 Damage: 7. Like his brother he can't quite make ot through the dwarf's armor.
The Warerat (W3) attacking Rellahne will make a Bite Attack: 21 Damage: 5, followed by a Shortsword Attack: 18 Damage: 4. Rellahne doesn't get bitten, but the Shortsword does leave a nasty cut on her arm.
The Giant Rat spends his action to change into another hybrid rat/humanoid monstrosity (W4).
After being hit by both a bite on one side and a dagger on the other, Rellahne is in distress, but she has a plan. She reaches over for her component pouch for a piece of cured leather, which she immediately pulls to her chest so that she can begin the incantation. The spell takes effect, and with it, not only does a protective aura surround her body directly, there's an arcane ward that is formed around her, giving even further protection.
These defenses build her resolve to speak out loud to the group of wererats. "If you intend to stay hidden, you better leave now. Each second you spend here approaches the time where a guard runs into your meaningless fight, and if you think this battle will end quickly. Well, I beg to differ."
Oreus flanks W3 with Rellahne and attacks with his signature glaive double attack. The main attack hits the warerat, while the backswing misses. However the warerat doesn't seem to have been hurt by what should have been a decent blow.
Rellahne casts her Warding spell and warns the rats that you won't go down easily and they should run away.
