The half-elf girl gives Ballen a flat look and says 'Thanks, but Tink looks after me OK. I tell you what, because you are so nice and I don’t want to clear up the mess, I'll tell you about the halfling and save the Drow for 11 gold total.'

Ballen shrugs, "Alright. But let Tink make it look good, huh? I wouldn't want anyone to think you had a pacifist pal." She grinned a little and handed over the gold. "And maybe once I have my place you two can come visit. Perhaps I'll have some stories of my own to tell you by then."
Sinak sees Tink pick up the giant great club and his demeanor changes. “Fine. This place is dead anyway. If you pursue me, I’ll make you wish you didn’t.” He takes a quick glance at his companions, looking for help and seeing none. He disengages and leaves down the alley. If he has any sense that the bouncer wishes to chase him and leave his post, he would cast as a bonus action sanctuary on himself.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
Tinker looks like she is about to go after Sinak, however before she makes a move the half-elf girl shouts out ‘Tink, the Kobolds are back! I just saw one sniffing about the beer cellar again.’. Tinker drops her club with an almighty boom and rushes to the back door. Tinker shouts ‘Not again! Keep an eye on the bar Bella.’
The half-elf calls back 'No problem Tink'
Bella turns back to Ballen and says in a clear voice ‘Emilo came in with Joel, three nights ago I think. Joel was playing a set and Emilo was really nice. Emilo sat with me and Renaer Neverember and told some really funny stories. I don’t know what Renear was doing down here, but Tink wanted me to look after him, not good for business if the son of the old Open Lord gets stabbed in your tavern. Well Joel was still playing and Renear was really drunk, so I asked Emilo to take Renear home. I didn’t think it would cause any trouble. Well after they left, five thugs quickly got up and followed them. I didn’t think of it too much at the time, but I bet they were Zents.’
Bella then continues in a smaller voice ‘Let me know when you get your own place, hanging out could be cool’

Osborne picks up some grumblings about winnings and the lack of evening entertainment. Someone suggests waking up Burny and seeing what happens to Tink’s new pet.

Sinak heads across the street and into the shadows, in his prior hiding place. After a while has passed, a raven alights on his shoulder and he turns as if to talk to it, lips moving silently. The raven flies off and he remains in the dark, hood drawn on his cloak, he keeps an eye on the door to the Skewered Dragon.

Osborne picks up some grumblings about winnings and the lack of evening entertainment. Someone suggests waking up Burny and seeing what happens to Tink’s new pet.
“Oi, uh, I wouldn’t recommend waking that bloke….”
He awkwardly stands there the rest of the time, blushing whenever he looks at Tinks direction or the other way around. Once the party leaves, he follows them and says “Bye… nice to see you again… Tink…” He’d laugh awkwardly and then leaves with the party.
feel free to roleplay the rest of the tavern scene as this would happen when they leave.
Cat stood silently listening the whole time. "Renaer Neverember... why does that name sound familiar? Well, either way, if he and Emilio got followed out by Zhentarim agents, that's probably bad news! We need to track them down," The skittish artificer murmurs to her friends.
Korel replies ‘Look Kelytha, there is something weird going on. We aren’t getting the support we should be getting and things are getting worse on the streets. I cannot say more here, but there is a wake for Billy tomorrow night at the Wyvern's Rest. If you come by then I can let you know more.’ Korel turns back to interviewing the prisioners
”Oi, what the hell is goin’ on?” He looks to Kelytha, ”Are you in a gang or something?”
Kelytha gives Osborne a wry smile. "Some would say so. I'm ex-Watch. I didn't leave on the best of terms with the higher-ups but I've still got friends on the force."
Kelytha is more than happy for Osborne and Sinak to take point in the Skewered Dragon. She wouldn't want to get on the wrong side of Tinker. She remembered well why the Watch weren't often called to the Dragon, except to sweep up the unconscious bodies of whoever had last tried to cause trouble. She would have stepped in if anything had started, of course, but she was very glad she didn't have to.
"Zents..." she says with disgust. "This turf war is tearing the city apart." Neverember was a big name, rich and powerful, but who was Renaer? She tried to remember.
Renaear is a notable person in Waterdeep and Kelytha has seen him on a number of occasions. She knows that Renaer is the estranged son of Dagult Neverember, the former Open Lord of Waterdeep and the current Lord of Neverwinter.
The gossip in the watch-house was that father and son detested one another, and Renaer is least happy when he finds himself forced to deal with some mess his father left behind. Renaer has striking good looks, a love of drink, and a flair for diplomacy. He has bought a round of drinks for the Watch more than once in the past. Renaer lives off a sizable inheritance left to him by his mother. Approaching middle age, he has given up adventuring and settled down somewhat.

You can roll a history check, otherwise you could ask someone with links to the nobility.
Kelytha is someone with links to nobility, or used to be at any rate, exactly why she avoids them wherever possible, so she will rely on her own memory.
As mentioned in the OOC chat then I will take the 16 from the previous role, based on Kelytha having links to the Waterdeep nobility. Sorry, got out of sync a bit there.
Kelytha remembers back to when she socialised more with the young nobility of Waterdeep. She knows that Renaer’s mother was a member of the Brandarth noble house, which had properties all over Waterdeep. She recalls being invited to a party at what is now called Brandarth Hall in the Sea Ward, the details of what she got up to at the party are probably are not relevant at this time.
"I think the question is, if Emilio took Renaer home, whose home? Renaer's or his own? Do we even know where Emilio has been staying?" She pauses for an answer, but if nothing positive is forthcoming (I couldn't find where Emilio is staying in past posts but I might have missed it) she will continue with "Renaer is probably staying at Brandarth Hall, right up in the Sea Ward. I think he inherited it from his mother. It has these statues that..." she smiles at a memory, but shakes her head. "Not important. It's a long way to go from here on foot, and if the Zhentarim following them had something nefarious planned they'll have wanted to do it down here in the Dock Ward. Fewer patrols, less chance of being seen by anyone willing to investigate. We should ask around, see if anyone heard or saw anything."
Ballen gave a small smile to Bella and nodded, before offering one of the breakfast biscuits she had stowed away earlier. "I'll do that, it would be fun! Thank you!" she said softly and then slipped back towards the door as they were getting ready to head out again.

Does Kelytha know where Renaer would be staying, that Emilio would take him back to? She is most likely to think of a family manor or estate.
