Seeing additional guards approaching, Joorin groans. "If we don't find our friend soon we are going to be in a world of trouble. I would prefer not to kill every guard in here. In fact Windare, if you have a way to prevent this one from slipping off the mortal coil that would be best."
Stepping out of the doorway he pulls a pouch of sand from his pocket. Spilling some of it out into an arrow pointing towards the guards. "Sudarno". The sand flies towards the guards, attempting to place them both into an enchanted sleep.
Ooc: 18 hit points of guards will fall asleep for a minute. Hoping to get them both...we will see.
On his turn Dubh, seeing the door blocked and more threats headed their way, runs tothe records room and tries to open the door there so he can get out into combat with the guards. (assuming the movement will take up his turn?)
"Sorry Joorin, I can't go past the wards. Unless we want to ignore them. Not sure if every guard is alerted yet or just these," Windarë replies. (Waiting on other results - especially the sleep spell, before figuring out an action.)

Without dashing you could make it through the records room and about 5’ into the Grand Entrance, theoretically.
Edit - never mind about the door being locked. You have previously opened the doors from the inside so we will continue with that if that is what you want to do.

At this point it is safe to assume that the guard’s death scream was louder than an Alarm spell which is described as the sound of a ‘hand bell’
Windarë realizes that there is little chance that other guards haven't been alerted, so she will quickly move forward to the guard that was brought down from her radiant fire. She quickly touches his as she recites the words to cast Spare the Dying. Having completed that, she will move back towards the office as much as possible.

I don't think I unlocked records room to Grand Entrance door, just moved between records room and curators office (and guard's room.) If that door is locked and would need a key or picking then Dubh would go to Guard's Room and out to Grand Entrance, willing to use Dash if needed to get into combat again.
The guards in the Grand Entrance have just witnessed what they believe to be a deranged halfling in a classic-cut tuxedo murdering their coworker. As a result, they practically ignore Dubh entirely as he bursts out of the records room.
The female elf known as Perkins has fire in her eyes as she calls out, “You guys try to help Sanders, I’ll deal with this son of a *****.” She draws her sword and thrusts it toward Joorin but his mage armor deflects the blow and he takes no damage.
Billy and Craig dash across the Grand Entrance intending to help their downed colleague. Not knowing if he’s alive or dead, they are focused on their purpose and they ignore Dubh as they run right past him.
(Dubh can make an opportunity attack against one of them as they pass)
The other one, the one that remains out of Dubh’s reach, suddenly goes limp while in full sprint. He tumbles to the floor and slides several feet across the polished marble as Joorin’s sleep spell takes effect.
Two additional guards appear in the hallways on west side of the Grand Entrance, having come from their posts in the west wing to investigate the screams.
At the top of the stairs, Parr (before taking her turn) sees a guard appear at the end of the long hall to the west. Also on his way to investigate the commotion downstairs.
Craig winces as he takes a deep wound to the flank. Now seeing Dubh as a serious threat, he turns to engage the monk, drawing his sword and stepping into range for an attack.
(but not able to make an attack as he already dashed this round)
Joorin scowls at the elven woman attacking him. "We seriously were trying to do this without hurting anyone...your men attacked us first as you did...and now we are just defending ourselves. I even showed the restraint of putting your man there to sleep instead of doing something more violent. Now back off."
He holds the dagger in front of him menacingly, hoping to cow the guard that is apparently in charge enough to issue orders and get her to back up the rest of her group, and if that goes south trusting the arcane armor ensorceling his tuxedo coat to hold should she attack again.
(This is not the optimal move, but Joorin does not want to have to kill any more people, so he is going to try to intimidate the guards...laughable as that may be.)

Luci had much preferred this to go without harming the guards but in a few moments this operation had turned out of control and although considering himself a fairly persuasive man he saw no point in trying to convince the museum guards that they were trying to save the Realms from a horrible fate, instead he swiftly touches his ring, uttering a few harsh words, placing the Hex on the closest guard and then unleashing a fiery red beam of eldritch force againts him.
Luci’s blast connects with a glancing blow on Perkins just as Windarë slips past to stabilize the man writhing on floor with her spell.
With no ability to tell what spell was cast, Perkins sees her downed colleague now lying still and believes that Windarë has actually finished him off. “You monster!” she exclaims as she swings at the retreating cleric as she moves back to the Curator’s office. Windarë is struck with an opportunity attack for 4 damage.
Parr sees Windarë struck by the guard as she arrives at the bottom of the stairs. She also sees Joorin and Dubh apparently in combat with the guards. They do not see her as she is still keeping to the shadows, but she could easily signal them if she is willing to reveal her presence to the guards as well.
Joorin and Dubh are in melee with the guards. A defeated guard lies at Joorin’s feet, unconscious but stable. Another guard lies nearby, asleep. Two more guards are on the west side of the Grand Entrance having just arrived on scene. Luci and Windarë are in the Curator’s Office.
From her position outside the break room Parr has a choice, quietly open the door of the break room and get out while the gettings good......she looks down at the Stone but it still seems to be inert and not in danger of exploding or swallowing the world in an endless rain of tentacles....so she's probably got a little time. And she really doesn't want anyone else to die.
She dashes south from the breakroom door and ducks into the records room past Dubh once inside the room she heads to the left to take the connecting door into the break room.
Dubh, under no illusions that the guards will play nice and be gentle, ignores all the shouts about not killing. If someone is going to try to kill you, you do it to them first. He learned that back at the monastery.
Shortsword Attack vs Craig: Nat 20 for 25to hit, 19damage...
If the sword felled the guard then Dubh will move to the next closest and strike with a kick to their ribs, otherwise Craig gets the boot...
Bonus Action Unarmed Attack: 16to hit for 4damage.
Seemingly having the same idea as the tiefling although never having set foot in a monestary, Luci swiftly touches his ring again, uttering a few harsh words, and unleashes another fiery red beam of eldritch force againts the guard.
Eldritch Blast: 25 Force: 7 Necrotic: 5
"It is quite too late for such sentiments, in this crew we stand and fight together."He says with firm voice to Parr.
Dubh’s shortsword impales Craig through the midsection and he falls to the floor, bleeding out. Dubh closes the distance to where Perkins is fighting Joorin and delivers a kick to her ribs causing her to wince in pain.
She turns and thrusts in his direction but misses badly, dropping her sword in the process (Nat 1).
Two guards close from the west, prioritizing Dubh and dashing to close the distance. (We will call them guard number 5 & 6)
Another new guard arrives on the scene from the second floor. (Guard 7)
(Joorin please confirm if you are still intending to spend your turn attempting intimidation given the current situation)
Honestly, given the brutality of the eound I think the 19 Intimidation carries even more weight. And if he can avoid bloodshed he is going to try. I did however think the Intimidate was my round 3 action though. Did I get lost in the posts?
I feel like the intimidate attempts makes sense given the scenario, even though he is not a good face. I think I will let it stand.
