Vanja looks at the clones and then back at the door for a moment, processing. 

"Whaaat? You aren't my mates!" she yells, and rushes towards them. 

Does Vanja have enough movement to get between them and the hole in the wall that they were about to leave through? If so, she'll get in there and then strike out at the Gema Clone with her longsword and then again. She snarls, "Not so fast, not-so-good copy!"

Attack 1: 21 Damage: 8

If she hits, this is a Goading Attack so the Gema clone adds 5 extra damage and makes a WIS save DC15 --> disadvantage on attacks on anyone else until her next turn.

Attack 2: Attack: 13 Damage: 11

Gema's turn, then the Clones will be able to use reactions.

Command "Come!" DC 15 on all 3

But now that there are allies, she'll give Vanja Bardic Inspiration (1d8 to any attack roll, ability check or saving throw)

Rog B will wander over to Gema on his next turn.

Guile steps out of the secret door and sees the three false doubles they encountered previously.  He warns Gema and the others of their tactics, "Fake Bridgette and Gema are clerics; fake Rog is a brute."  Guile moves into position to spot the Passwall, holds his grimoire, and casts Web (DC 16 Dex) to cover the passage and fakes within.

Bridgette casts Counterspell (reaction spell, they can now do this after Gema's turn).

Aegnor

I'm not sure if Aegnor takes a surprise action first then goes on his initiative.  Here is a surprise action.

Surprise round..Move inside and eldritch blast 2 beams at Fake Gema.. Shadow attacks Fake Gema.

OOC : OOPs, you are right.  no counterspell can be cast by that group until after segment 16, missed Guile's initiative, web spell is in effect.
