Guile would like to scribe both Alter Self and Water Breathing. But water breathing first sounds good because he can cast it as a ritual. 

Bridgette can take any position in the order... but she would be gung-ho enough to go first since she's both very tough for a caster and able to see in the darkness without issue if no one else wants to take the lead.

As usual, the black knight isn't one to rush in head first without getting an understanding of what he has to go through, so he's at the very back alongside Kumiko.

Guile did have time to scribe those two spells into his book.

Aegnor, your skeleton would probably make a good lead target to trip traps and non intelligent ambushers, should I put it out front about 10 feet with orders to take commands from Bridgette as if they were your own?

Important notice:  You currently DO NOT have telepathic communication because you don't have the synergy connection from ROG.  Bridgette's and Kumiko's Telepathy will only work as described for the feat.

The Skeleton will stay 40 - 60 ft from Aegnor and move to follow the Bat unless the group decides a different direction.

Faux_Beau:  The teleportation requires a stealth check (for visual) because of change of position (but not one for audio stealth, since it does not say that it makes any audible noise)

I'm inclined to draw them out and attack.  Unsure how a parley would go, but we'd lose our advantage.

I'm thinking of creating a minor illusion of the lizardman shaman.  That should draw them closer for a Fireball.  

Edit: Actually, I need a more powerful illusion to create a creature.  Maybe something benign, but of interest- a large egg?  Pluck one off and try charming?

Vanja would be keen to attack.
