The high priestess opens the door for Sinak and Sorith. She gives Sinak an approving nod and replies in Gnomish "You I can see being sneaky." She hands them both a potion of healing and a potion of Guidance and directs them to Hodon.

Falkas cracks his neck and shoves off the nearby tree with his foot to jab with his pike at the drake, moments before his pike hits he endows the weapon with a Wrathful Smite.
Action: Attack Drake: Hit: 21 Damage: 5piercing + 3psychic and the drake has to make a Wisdom saving throw or be frightened of me until the spell ends.
Sinak steps out of the cell, walking over to Hodon and he accepts the potion of healing and the potion of guidance. He takes back his items that were stored prior to entering the cell and looks to Hodon, saying “Give me something good please, something that could help in this heist. Some fancy boots or cloak, or something that helps me to talk my way through this mess with them. Do you have anything like that?” With that last sentence, Sinak makes a motion of his hands, casting guidance.
Sorith remained completely still, letting the shadowy figure pass before she stepped out of the cell. She accepts both potions with a nod of thanks before turning her attention to Hodon, though the barbarian had to bite down on the corners of her mouth to keep from falling into another laughing fit at the mere sight of him. Still, a small snort does slip out, but Sorith manages to keep herself composed for the moment by clearing her throat. Once the other person had finished looking through the pile of lost items, Sorith had started to go towards it, but she stopped in her tracks, nose wrinkling, before she shook her head and approached Hodon instead.
"You might want to clean some of those," she murmurs after leaning in close to where (hopefully) only the guard can hear her, "the odor is a bit... offensive for those of us who have a more delicate sense of smell. Also, being afraid of bread is a very legitimate fear. Take it from me: anything and everything can be a mimic. Any. Thing."
With that, the dragonborn leaned back to her full height and, after getting her weapons back, moved to give Hodon a reassuring pat on the shoulder.
Hodon gives them both a nod and says, “Look in there and see what you get.” He turns to Sorith and says in a quiet voice “You mean that scary looking bloke was actually a mimic? I thought they were usually chests or something. Well you learn something every day.”
Sinak's keen eyes immediately find two items of quality.
A Cloak of Many Fashions
A Bucket of Holding. This acts like a bag of holding but it is made out of a wooden bucket.
Sorith barely finds the lost and found pile, after several failed attempts where they find and discard an old sandwich and a broken sword they eventually find:
Two Silver daggers
A set of wood carving tools.

"Yep," Sorith replied bluntly on the subject of the bread-brandishing maniac before she fixed Hodon with a stern look, "but, seriously, clean that filth out. What if all that is discovered during the next scheduled health inspection? I'm surprised there isn't a nest of rats in there." Having nothing more to say, the barbarian turns and makes her way towards the portal, pausing only to draw her axe before she goes through.
Chrys glances at her sibling, Baldan, and their childhood friend, Shreyras. Both seem paralyzed by fear or maybe Bal is having one of his visions..? Sighing, she determines to finish off this battle and then get them out of here. She must complete the quest they have been given, but clearly her mates are not in the right frame of mind to be indulging in skullduggery and combat. Best they wait back at the temple until she return with the prize.
The portal appears for Sorith to step through, before she can a frightened Shar, carrying a petrified Baldan, come rushing through. Shar is shouting "We quit. I'm going back to our cells. The others can clear our debt for us."

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Back at the temple of Tymora in Tantras...)
"Sorith!", a familiar voice calls out as Sorith looks through the lost-and-found. "Sorith, my friend! Is that you? I wasn't sure where you were when that riot broke out last night. I didn't realize that they threw you in the cells here, too! But I guess they're letting you go?"
In one of the other cells, you see an older, bleary-eyed half-elf reaching a hand out through the bars to you. It's your associate Elovar, the bard. Having recently finished a "job" together, you were both celebrating at the casino last night. Elovar prefers cards, but he recommended that Sorith try dice or roulette since she never seemed to understand the concept of "bluffing." They were at separate tables when chaos broke out last night.
Elovar turns his attention to the high priestess to convince her to let him go with Sorith. He doesn't remember doing anything worthy of being in a cell, but either the wine or getting hit on the head during the riot has made the details unclear. "Ah, you must be the respected High Priestess Lashaera Thindol. It's an honor to meet you! I'm not sure why I'm in a cell. I did not start that riot in your casino, but I do not blame you or the temple for your patrons who were perhaps more boisterous than wise. This fine dragonborn warrior, Sorith, is my friend and associate. If you are sending her into danger and adventure, please return my gear to me and send me with her. I'm happy to help in return for your staff keeping me safe in the midst of the riot and for lodging me here safely last night."
When it's his turn, Elovar was hoping to find a ranged weapon (ideally a light crossbow), anything to help them escape (such as ball bearings, caltrops, or an eversmoking bottle), and anything that would help with stealth (such as boots of elvenkind or a cloak of elvenkind). But given that roll, he'll be lucky if he doesn't fall headfirst into the lost-and-found.
"Never fear! A journey of legends oft' has an inauspicious beginning. May this ugly duckling of a day turn into a beautiful swan of an adventure."
The High Priestess just shakes her head at the returning pair. She opens up Elovar’s cell and ushers Shar and Baldan inside. She addresses Elovar and says “I don’t care what you think you did or didn’t do. But your acknowledged associate certainly left an impression on my guards as well as two tables, one pillar and an rather old plant pot. If you want to go on the same conditions as them, by all means go as it looks like there is space for you all. Just don’t run away at the first sign of trouble.” She passes Elovar the healing potion and the Guidance potion.
The lost and found is looking pretty sparse now. Elovar is in a hurry, egar for Sorith not to leave without him. He grabs the first things that he finds which include:
7 Darts
Studded Leather Armour
A book on the history of the Ffolk

"Goodness! We join in medias res! Sorith, please help our new friends!", exclaims Elovar at finding themselves in the middle of a fight. He assumes that they were meant to aid the elves and fairy, not the drake. Elovar draws a dart from his pouch and then mocks the drake, "False dragon! Sinak looks at the two fellow prisoners as he goes through the portal with them. “Name’s Sinak. Maybe if we work together we can come out of this in one piece. Right?” He turns and gives a tired grin, trying to stay positive. When the disorienting feeling of travel through the portal ends, he looks up to see the situation, seeing the drake and some of the other erstwhile prisoners fighting it. “Better pitch in and help.” Sinak says to himself.
Sinak points his hand at the drake and a bell sounds around it. Dark energy seems to flow from his hand toward the drake.
Sinak casts Toll the Dead : DC 12 wisdom save from the drake or it will take 4necrotic damage.
