So for Fiske’s mold earth I was just trying to excavate enough of the ground to stop some of the rocks or slow them down or if that’s not possible make it difficult terrain for a similar effect. 

I did move 30ft which I doubt was enough to get out of the way.

 As an aside, would I be able to misty step out of the pile of rocks?

Perfect, when the opportunity arises a battered and bruised Fiske appears outside of the crushing rocks “owww… damn this forest..” he hunches leaning against a nearby tree or boulder looking for his Allies. 

Jetsam is still crushed nearly to death. 

I think at this point everyone has either dashed to safety be restrained or is in a bubble.

The land slide rumbles down the mountain another 45 feet before settling out. The party is able to dig out its two buried party members.

Tommy in his protective bubble shows back up 30 minutes later since he was lunched down the mountain in his bubble.

TOMMY: I think a short rest is in order before we press on up the mountain

Jetsam nods.

”I am wore out from that landslide.  Never saw that coming.  Whew 😰!  Let’s find a spot to rest then.”

Tommy "what caused it though? Did anyone see?"

The party starts uo the mountain. After about 20 minutes everyone starts to feel a rumble. Up ahead you see two figures messing with a boulder. It falls loose and starts a rock slide.

The Rock slide is 78 feet away.

 Xan says, "I was so startled that I forgot I thought I saw two figures with big rocks that started the whole thing."

Perception:  24 in the game log.

violet Chugs a greater healing potion

Muriel cups her chin in thought and said, "Xan, perhaps we might be able to track down whoever the figures you saw were. They may have left a trail of some kind."

(Oops, I already gave jetsam a rest)

 “Muriel, they may still be up there after this dust settles”, replies Xan.  “We could move up from here unless we can be seen and I doubt we could rest undisturbed since the no we were down here.”

Xan with a 24 perception you can see a cave opening up where the rock slide begain. You can also see that there are no obvious trails that lead pass the cave we would have to climb.

OOC: yep no cover in this area but it's wide open so we could alO keep a good lookout while we bandage our wounds

Tommy: "Two figures you say? Mmm dragon worshipers maybe or underlings like the bandits from earlier?"

Muriel uses her robe of eyes to give her a good view if the cave to see if anything was off from where she was

"I can send Horatio up high to see if we can find any traces of them... what a persistent group of bandits... they, they were gifted this region by the dragon? Are they not cultists then?" he rubs his shoulders tenderly as he takes out one of his potions to heal himself: 10 

As he does this his eyes glow and his pseudodragon flies up to scope out the perimeter (Perception: 16 )
