(Also wondered who the goblin attacked) Looked towards Fiske and grins as he felt a blessing upon him. He saw Fiske's familiar and he started towards the next batch of enemies.
Seeing Jetsam taking on the Otyugh with Muriel, Hadrian places himself between the other Otyugh and Tommy. He closed the gap quite quickly taking into account the tentacles and its own toothy grin, he began a series of blows coming from behind the shield. empowered by a blessing.
Fiske's familiar started by darting onto one of the Otyugh's eyes allow Hadrian to line up his first strike perfectly.

Muriel shouts, "No holding back!" She then stabs with her spear and then follows up with a one two punch combo spending 1 ki point. If wither of the hits from the flurry of blows hit, then the enemy must make a DEX save of 15 dc or fall prone

With a Nat 20 as the Otyugh trys and squeeze Tommy he pops out like a cork from a champagne bottle does a flip and lands right next to Hardin. (Use of my movement) Birdie uses flyby to follow him as he does.
He then BA cast healing spirit. An old halfling woman appears next to Tommy holding a basket of muffins.
Spirit: Thomas? Did you get a boo boo here have a muffin child, they will make you feel better.
You call forth a nature spirit to soothe the wounded. The intangible spirit appears in a space that is a 5-foot cube you can see within range. The spirit looks like a transparent beast or fey (your choice).
Until the spell ends, whenever you or a creature you can see moves into the spirit’s space for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, you can cause the spirit to restore 1d6 hit points to that creature (no action required). The spirit can’t heal constructs or undead. The spirit can heal a number of times equal to 1 + your spellcasting ability modifier (minimum of twice). After healing that number of times, the spirit disappears.
As a bonus action on your turn, you can move the spirit up to 30 feet to a space you can see.
(out of turn reaction) As the Otyugh attacked Tommy again (and with Tommy landing next to Hadrian), Hadrian was in position to defend against it. He aimed a blow towards the offending tentacle.

Hadrian, already in striking distance against another Otyugh, silently gritted his teeth and got to work
OOC - What are the status's now of the monsters..There is a Hex on the Otyugh that attacked Tommy. If it goes down the hex is moved to the other Otyugh. This will impact whether I heal tommy or cast Eldritch blast again and how bad off is Tommy. I can roll a check if needed on what I might think he's at based on a visual sense. If I can manuever to within touch distance without any opportunity attacks I'll do that to do a medicine check unless that would take my action.
