This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Once they are over the river, Folki rolls off the edge and plummets past you. As he passes you hear him call out,
"SEE YOU AT THE CROSSROADS........." his voice is cut off before you can hear anymore.
as he approaches the ground his wings snap open, catching the air, and he glides underneath the carriage using his momentum from the fall. A few moments later he veers off towards the river, his head twitching as he searches for prey.
"Oh, we can jump out and glide down to the ground!" Elsara suggests. "It'd be really fun to try at least once!" She recalls how gracefully those she used feather fall looked as her spell slowed their descent.
Elsara looks giddily to the others, hoping they agree to go with the idea. She'll also probably notice Folki's pack (she's fairly perceptive) and pass it to someone (probably Skiirod) to hold onto.
Oh and Folki dives into the river but the fishes escape him. When he gets out he feels a pain coming from his tail feathers. A small crab has it's claw firmly clamped on to his rear.
After another hour of travel, the carriage slows down and starts going down. It lands at the crossroads (Row-6; Column-8). As you get off, Horace comments, "Ah, it's so nice to be young. I remember when I used to go around hunting troubling creatures Ha ha!" Catherine still on the driver's seat says, "You might want to wait for the foolish bird. The landscape seem closer from above than they actually are. It would take him 5 more hours to get here. Wish we could take you with us but you have stuff to do." After the party gets all their things, Catherine cracks her whip and the carriage blast off into the mid-day sky.
Wylan:
Summer-14 12:00 PM
The tall grass glitters in the sunlight on either side of the road. The water left by the storm has mostly dried up, leaving only small puddles here and there. These puddles shine in the sunlight. The recent storms have decreased the summer heat, making for a comfortable weather. You hear some birds chirping from the one-off trees in the grasslands. A few giant goats wander around the grasslands and graze. At the crossroads is an old wooden sign with carvings of directions on it. It points to Sydil (The double L in the map is a typo), Vandanore and Camenose to the south; Silvermoon Fort to the east; Moonglow forest, Romel and Milestorm to the west.
Once Gym recovers from the motion sickness of the flight and they arrive at the crossroads, he'll probably explore the surrounding area. Not going too far, this is mostly just for fun and to kill time.

(thats why i was getting so confused, all my other characters have auto done it and couldnt figure out why Folki hadnt)
(Bottom of the "Home" tab on editing a character, change HP value to Fixed.)
(Even after dropping you off, it will still take a day or two to reach the destination. And it is half max +1)
(I know, it's just for in case something attacks us on the way ☺)
(Sure, it is permissible)

(how high is the carriage, because feather falls max is 600ft [60ft per round for 1 minute = 60 x 10])
(also sorry to be annoying but all of Folkis stuff is still in the carriage.......)
The carriage is flying 600ft up in the sky.

(BTW, is it still stormy?)
Nope the storm stopped at 6:00 AM.
Catherine notices Folki jump off. She shakes her head and says, "What a showoff!"
(Thanks poke :) thats why i was asking if skriiod was awake was going to ask hi but forgot)

Skriiod will hold the bag and keep an eye out as they fly along. "It is good to have experienced this before passing."

"Thank you for the lift!" Elsara says happily as the group leaves (be it by feather fall for style points or not) "Guess we have to wait around again!"
Well, you guys have 5 hours of downtime while Folki catches up. What will your characters do within this time?
