While the rogue is tryng to take Elsara's backpack off, the orc's body and Elsara's squirming making it hard, Folki pounces. His backpack in his right hand, he pulls the shield off with his left and raises it between him and the crossbows from the left (RP). In the same motion he flings the backpack at the orc captain, followed close behind by a flying birdman. Going feet first Folki flings himself at the captain and rogue (which ever is in front pushed into the other), trying to push them both over in a tangle of bodies and bags.
As he does this he shouts out "Skiiod! Burn the orcs!"
Folki tosses his backpack at the Orc commander. Hit: 4
The orc captain dodges the bag and notices Folki fly at him. He quickly plunges the metal tip of the Javelin into Elsara's neck doing 9 Damage. He is knocked prone along with the rouge shortly after.
Elsara quickly holds on to her neck to stop the blood flow. She still stands. Both Folki and Elsara are 5ft from the captain. The Crossbow men opened fire on Folki as he flew. (Minor retcon: Since Folki charged, Elsara still has her backpack on her. The bomb did not drop from it)

That "Turn"wasn't really following normal Combat rules. It was mostly using combat rules to determine whether actions like throwing the bag or the crossbow bolts hit or not as well as how much damage Elsara took. I will allow Folki to rage. When do you want to do it.
Okay. You will begin your turn in rage mode and will need to either hit something or get hit before the end of that turn to maintain rage. You also take 3 damage instead of 5 from the crossbow. The bag throw was treated as improvised ranged weapon and the hit roll was a nat2, so you wouldn't have hit regardless.
Skiirod's blade shines with holy energy. The orc who had dropped his javelin after stabbing Elsara (RP only. Mechanically, the orc would've drawn his weapon at the start of his turn with a free action) draws a great sword and attempts to deflect the blade. He is not fully successful as the blade grazes against his arm and opens a wound instead of piercing through the orc's armor. (The orc is in a sitting position)
The Rogue uses his bonus action to disengage and stand up. He then moves to pincer Skiirod and attacks him with his two Scimitars. Scimitar Attack 1: Hit: 7 (22) Dmg: 5 Scimitar Attack 2: Hit: 19 (8) Dmg: 3 Sneak Attack: 5 The Scimitars slash into Skiirod's back and paints the ground red with dragon blood.
Orc2 moves up to Gym and brings her great axe down at the dwarven cleric. Hit: 20 Dmg:4 The blade hits Gyms armor but the sheer force of the blow does damage.
Bandit2 aims his crossbow at Gym and fires. Hit:10 Dmg:8 The bolt bounces off Gym's armor, doing no damage.
Bandit1 rushes forward and pincers Gym. He swings his scimitar at Gym's head and then tries to stab Gym with his dagger. Scimitar: 15 (8) Dmg: 3 Dagger: 13 (13) Dmg: 3 Gym blocks the scimitar with his shield and then deflects the dagger with his mace.

Rage from the beginning, as he throws the bag. It's been building up since they took Elsara and now it's loose

It just occurred to me that I can speed this up by rolling Initiative myself.
