“Oh, that. It just seems to be getting deeper red lately. Can’t really explain why. Need me to take care of the orc? Give me his name and I’ll keep an eye out while I’m traveling around. Oh, and who is the ranking officer at the fort? I like to know who gives the orders around a place.”
(Does a plague doctor typically sell any elixirs similar to a healing potion?)
(No but you can find them at the guy who sells magic stuff)
"The orc calls himself Berta Leatherjack. I'd appreciate it if you took care of him on your own but I don't think he can get me here in Rurik. Besides, if he gets taken out, the guy who hired him would probably send over more tough guys. I'm just glad Jack Shadowarm is history or I'd be a dead man. As for the guy who runs this place, that would be Commander Crusette."
"House Enric of Ervo. Luckily, they don't have much sway here in Rurik so I'm safe. As for Commander Crusette, he's the younger brother of Lady Crusette, a renowned commander in Rurik. He likes to run his mouth a lot and thinks really highly of himself, being Crusette's brother after all. However, he doesn't really have the skill to back it up. As for Jack Shadowarm, you have always been more of a prodigy than an experienced merc yourself so you haven't been in the business long enough to know about him. They call him the Head Hunter King. He was a half-elf mercenary who lived a long time ago. They say he only failed two jobs; one he abandoned to join up with 5 other equally deadly guys to take on a god. More surprisingly, the team of six actually won that encounter. Other than that his most greatest achievement is that time he was told to assassinate a king. He simply walked in through the front door of the king's castle, killed every single guard, knight and warrior that tried to stop him and then killed the king. Luckily, he's been dead for who knows how long so nobody can hire him anymore. If he was around, I'd already be dead."
“Thanks. I’llkeepmyeyeout.” With that, Gendan heads over to dinner. If anyone seems particularly shady, she’ll sit by them and inquire if there are any bounties or side jobs that would be worth picking up
(I may not post again for at least a few hours, so I’ll leave her other downtime activity here.) Since the groups healers seem to have all abandoned the guild, she will also seek out the guy who sells magic stuff and buy two healing potions.
"Th-thank youb..." Elsara shivers as they are let through into the city. She looks to the others. "I wanna see if thereb's a vet im town. I don't think the howses are doim thab well eiber." Elsara sneezes.
This shop sells many things. Too many for me to list.
So, just tell me a magic item of common quality that belongs to the following categories in DDB: Staffs, Wands Or a magic item of common or uncommon quality that belongs to the following categories in DDB: Rings, Spell scrolls (up to 2nd level), Potions
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Elsara will lead the cart towards the stable master and enquire about anyone who can help treat the horses. She'll do an initial diagnosis herself, but would accept the help of a more trained individual.
Well, the stable master gets his men to take care of the horses and tells you, "Ouch. That looked like it hurt. We'll take it from here. Why don't to get some rest? You look like you've seen better days."
Elsara takes out five pieces of gold. "Umm.. Here." She says, passing the coins across. "If ab all possible, could you treat them, too? I think they caught something om the way here."
The stable master looks a bit distressed and says, "Well... It's hard to say. When animals like horses get sick, it gets hard to treat them... but I'll see what we can do."

Elsara, you find that there isn't a vet in the fort. There is a stable master though.

And I will tell if they have it.

Animal Handling: 10
I hate to do this to you but...
Elsara, Roll animal handling with disadvantage (roll one more time and I will take the lowest roll).
Animal Handling (reroll for disadvantage): 19
Elsara, you get the horses to the stable master no problem. However, you take a hoof to the stomach. Damage: 5
Elsara can't seem to catch a break...
Well, the stable master gets his men to take care of the horses and tells you, "Ouch. That looked like it hurt. We'll take it from here. Why don't to get some rest? You look like you've seen better days."
"Th-thank y... achoo!" Elsara sneezes. "Bwuh..." She rummages into her coin purse to take some gold out. "How much is stabling for a couble of days?"
"It's 1 gp per day."
He takes the 5gp.
Will Elsara do anything else this night?
