Runt, I am moving you a bit forward to prevent Elsara from being caught in the blast. Don't worry you don't trigger AoO.
Runt makes a huge leap in to the air and smashes her hammer on the ground when she lands. The impact makes a deafening boom and a powerful shock wave is released.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ratman6 stands its ground and manages to resist the full force of the attack.
Ratman3 hits the wall and breaks its neck. It crumples on the floor and doesn't move. Ratmen 2 and 5 both are sent flying to the wall. They hit it with a force and fall prone on the ground. (Extra damage: 2:4 5:4)

Valwarin moves forward and starts to gather inside him the energy needed to call for the aid of Mother Nature. He asks Her to heal Runt with a Healing Word ( for 5 HP ) as he fires again his longbow against the ratman that was still standing ( Attack: 23 Damage: 9 )
(DM did my last attack miss with a 17 to hit? this fight is going to be nasty... ;) )
( Ow didn't notice that the spacing is 10 ft instead of 5ft... my fault... nothing then I think it's better to keep in elf's form and use a couple of spells before going back to animal form for mellee combat. Thanks! )
(Finally the internet is fast enough for me to make a post!)
Val moves forward and launches an arrow at Ratman6. The arrow flies past Elsara's head and strikes the Ratman in the chest.
Ratman6 looks to the scratched up Runt and decides to try and take her out instead of weakening her. It makes two swift jabs at Runt with its War Pick Pick1: 21 (Adv: 13) Dmg:7 Pick2: 11 (Adv:3) Dmg:4
Ratman4 raises its crossbow and fires two bolts at Runt while she has her back turned trying to defend against the Rat6's attacks. Bolt1: 23 (Adv:12) Dmg: 5 Bolt2: 6 (Adv:15) Dmg: 9
Rat5 stands up (Runt can AoO. No advantage). It tries to simultaneously bite and impale runt. Bite: 18 (Adv: 24) Dmg: 5 CON: 19 Pike: 8 (Adv: 12) Dmg:5
Ratman6 war pick hit Runt in the stomach. However, it fails to even break the skin properly, leaving only a scratch. It tries again, this time aiming for the head. Runt bends back words and dodges the weapon with style.
Ratman4 doesn't do much better either. One bolt misses and flies off to hit the end of the hallway while the other makes a minor scratch as it grazes against Runt's face.
Ratman5 however, uses this distraction to slowly stand up, blood running down it's face. It lunges at Runt and sinks it's teeth into Runt's throat, while at the same time, sinking the sharp metal spike of its weapon into Runt's belly. Runt doesn't look very well but you're fairly sure it's due to all the big and small injuries she has taken this fight rather than the germs in the Ratman's teeth. That orcish blood is really helping her out.
(OOG: Mechanically, Runt's AoO, should she take it, will come before the Ratman5 attacks but I described it as happening later since I don't think Runt's AoO can take the Ratman out in one hit.)

(This all assumes Ratman 3 is dead.) Gendan will continue running toward the enemy. (It’ll probably take one more turn before we can high five, Runt.) If Ratman 2 is standing, then she’ll aim at it, if Ratman 2 is prone, then she’ll aim for Ratman 1.
Gendan moves her Hex to the Ratman described above, then unleashes an Eldritch Blast at the Hexed ratman. Attack23 for 8 force and 3 necrotic damage. If she hits, she pulls the rat man 10ft towards her (Grasp of Hadar).
(Also map updated. Also also, ASCII maps are a lot more convenient than drawn ones. I should do every battle with an ASCII map from now on. )
The terrible screeching echoes louder. A Ratman Reinforcement is close.
Gendan runs forward to give Runt, who doesn't look like she can take much more of this, a hand. Gendan points her hand toward Rat1 and fires a green smoky beam at it. The Ratman1 quickly sidesteps and dodges the Eldritch Blast but just barely.
Runt, would you like to AoO Ratman5 as it gets up or do you want to hold on to your reaction to Ratman2 when it will try to get up?
Ratman2 slowly gets up but Runt doesn't take any chances. Runt swings her hammer at the Rat2's head. hit:11 Dmg:9
Briggs shouts from above "If you can clear the two creatures in the near the rock, I can come down there and help out more." He then shoots Ratman1 with his crossbow.
(Thank you, that helps a lot)

Runt spits blood at the ratman that bit her. She channels a small gift from her god and casts a thunderwave by smashing her hammer on the ground.

(I think it's too early to celebrate since there's still 5 ratmen left and more are on their way)
(Whether or not there are more on their way is entirely DM discretion )
(IMHO a high five is better for the story-line.)

Val, you are too far away to use Healing word (Even with moving) Would you like to do something else?
(Yes, your previous attack missed because cover.)
(@Northwest Yeah, I also think a high-five is better for the plot but I'm just letting you guys know that you're not out of the woods yet)
