Runt: Would you like to use a Reaction to attack Blitz4?
Devarus, are you sure you want to use commander's strike? Runt is not within range of Blitz4 and can't attack it. Also, I notice you said Blitz3. Blitz3 is stable and unconscious. It won't wake up for the rest of this fight.
(Okay, I wasn't aware. It looked more yellow then red, so that threw me off. If Blitz1 is still alive, and Runt is in range of him then he'll be the target. If not, Devarus will second wind, then get into the face of Blitz4 and fire even its dodge at the moment.)

Blitz3 is colored orange because it is not dead but it is unconscious and no longer a threat.
Devarus' attack roll (with disadvantage for dodge): 24 (Dis: 19) Dmg (Assuming you're using the Scatter Shot: 7) Second wind Die: 9
Blitz4 goes down. Runt, on your turn do you wish to attack Blitz1? I assume you do and you can easily move behind it to get into pincer position. For the sake of speeding it up I'm going with your previous roll.
If this is something you would not have done, let me know and I'll be more than happy to retcon.
Devarus, set your default. Whenever you bring an enemy down to 0 HP, do you want to kill it or knock it out? And right now, you've brought the Blitz4 to 0 HP. Do you want to kill it or knock it out? Obviously, once you set a default you can always say if you want to make an exception for certain enemies. Val's default is to knock people out but this time he made an exception and killed the Blob.
Dervaus rushes up to the Blitz4's face and lets his Scatter shot fire. The point-blank shot riddles the creature with holes and it goes down without a sound. Runt meanwhile positions herself behind the Blitz1 while it is busy with Gendan. She raises her hammer over her head and brings it down on the the creature. The Blitz1 is reduced to a large red paste on the floor.
Everyone gets: 220 XP (Character sheet updated)
Knocked out Blitz3 will wake up in: 2 Hours. If Devarus knocks out Blitz4, it will wake up in 2 Hours.
With the battlefield quiet, you hear the sounds of the odd breathing again. Thorough the darkness in the north room, you see more of those odd swift creatures staring at you from a distance. After what you did to the Blob and the other 4 of their kind, they don't seem to thrilled to getting into a fight. The north room seem to be more degraded than the rest of the place. Instead of seemingly artificial cave walls, it's like a network of rough cavernous passages that connect in on themselves. It's like a small maze in there. The chaotic placement of walls and pillars obscure your vision of that room and in spite of seeing in the dark, you have no idea what could be in there besides the creatures that are staring at you. Using your darkvision, you can see bones and filth lining the ground. There is a strange smell coming from it; a smell that's like strong alcohol. There is also strange unidentified liquid on the floor.

Gendan takes a breather and heals 3 HP (Second Wind). "Mind if we take a short break here? It seems in that area over there, they want nothing to do with us after watching what we did to their friends. Obviously, we could jump up and start fighting if they decided they wanted to ambush us."
"Yes of course we should keep an eye on them though" Val points to the corridor where the breathing sound comes " They could muster the courage to try something.. "

"I know I can use it. But might want do at least something about them ahead of time? Keep them further discouraged while we take our breather?" At that, he begins sniffing at the area for the source of the strange smell. The peculiar liquid on the ground especially grabs his attention. Devarus roots around in a side pouch before drawing a finger tips encrusted with some substance. "Del la Veya" he whispers, and while tracing his fingers in the air, a lingering trail of light forms the words in elvish.
The words appear to collapse into a dimly glowing humanoid vaguely in Devarus' shape. Together the two appear to investigate the liquid confirm what in part the Drow already feared going by the refuse in the back.
(Unless its clear the target is not some horrifying thing from the abyss, or its requested he doesn't do it, Devarus' default is shoot to kill. Forgot to ask this before, but are scattershot's darts recoverable going by the usual ammunition rules, or no?)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(Even in the dungeon short rests can take from 10 to 15 minutes. So everyone agrees on a short rest?)
Devarus, the Scattershot's ammunition is not recoverable though they can be bought from stores with relative ease and acquired from the enemy (crossbow bolts). Also Blitz4 is dead then and not knocked out. Speaking of that, what are you going to do with the knocked out creature?
As Devarus steps forward toward the darkness with the glowing humanoid in tow, the creatures scatter away like rats. In the light he examines the strange liquid. He also notices that, though from the other room, only one puddle was visible, there are multiple small puddles of this stuff all over the place. Getting closer with the light, he notices that it's not blood or any bodily fluid. It has a low constancy (like water) and is mostly transparent other than a slightly red tinge. Running his fingers on it, he notices the thing to be somewhat oily. The thing smells like alcohol, not like the alcohol people drink; it smells like pure alcohol. Noticing further, it looks like some of the bones are comparatively fresh.
Stealth: 22 Adv: 16
Devarus also notices from the corner of his eyes that the creatures are trying to sneak up on him but whenever he turns to look at them, the retreat back. They are daring enough to want to attack him but not daring enough to actually do it when he's looking.
DM: Sorry but please don't add hit die/ befits of short rest. It is going to be interrupted in a few minutes. Your characters don't know this so no meta-gaming. As soon as Devarus does... whatever he's going to do with the liquid, you will be attacked.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
After their first attempt to approach, Devarus is guarded to the point of sending his Light Clone into the tunnel to further ward them away. It makes all kind of shoving gestures to further emphasis this fact, but avoids getting too close to entice them into striking it. Not that it mattered, but the thought was there. "If I did not know any better, someone was either trying to burn the place, or... maybe heal them?"He says as oil tipped glove is removed, carefully turned mostly inside out, then put away in his pack.
As he goes to fish out a spare from a pocket...
Devarus Initiative: 7.
(I would like to formally apologize, as I hadn't properly read how far back this liquid substance was towards the den of creatures.)
