The captain says, "I don't believe the ship has been compromised. My first mate would message me that's the case. There has to be some mistake. I believe we should destroy these weapons here because if we leave them, we risk having more ship-based weaponry unload on us."
The Captain and Val move through the halls suddenly the door bursts open and a hoard of orcish pirates with shields and long swords enter the scene. Catching the two by surprise, they surround Val and the Captain. Both take two stabs a piece. The Captain grimaces and holds his sword above his head before bringing it down on Orc 3's head. Glowing with Divine power, he almost cuts the orc's head in half. He brings the blade around to cut Orc 3 again but this time, his divine weapon is blocked by Orc3's shield. He turns to Val and says, I don't suppose you can transform into something more formidable can you?"
Val's turn
Battle 1:
Elsara and Gendan reunite with Gendan and Runt (Both of whom are invisible). The trees part and a large squad of 12 orc pirates led by an orcish captain appears. The Captain seems to be well equipped. She has half-plate, a shield and a rapier. All of which are clearly magical. She points her Rapier to the party and says, "Get them!"
DM: Also, because I KNOW Gendan has Fire Ball and we don't have a map for this battle, I'm going to tell you this outright. If you cast fireball, you can get at most 7 Orcs but if you cast it and try to get the Captain in the radius, you will get the captain and 4 orcs. They are spread out so that's why fireball isn't targeting all 13 of them.
(Just for reference, how far away are the orcs that came from the treeline? Is this a "we can run into melee" approach, or have some time to fling spells first?)
Their front line can get to melee with you due to Aggressive (BA Dash). The Back line will need another movement (without BA) to get into melee. You won't be able to get into melee with them however, unless you have some ability that gives you a dash action with a Bonus Action.
To prevent getting into melee with them, you can try to run back into the ship. If the party splits however, it will take those who ran into the ship a turn to get back into sight of the orcs.
Elsara will hold out her scimitar, placing her hand gently on it before adopting a battle stance, ready to fend off the mass of orcs. She then twirls as she utters arcane words as a blast of cold comes from her blade and attempts to envelop the captain, hindering her blows.
Bonus Action: Bladesong Action:Frostbite on Orc captain. Move: unsure if we're backing up a bit or not. Would advise a minor backup of about 10 ft. to prevent initial rush of attacks this round.
Frostbite vs. Orc Captain: DC 14 Constitution Saving Throw, dealing 5 cold damage and disadvantage to the next weapon attack on a failure.
Elsara, the Orc captain is in the back line and not the front line. Choose a different Cantrip that has more than 60ft range or choose a different target.
"Looks like we won't be getting any breathing room today. Ready yourselves!" Devarus shouts as he breaks out the longbow, and takes a few shots at the approaching orcs. As soon as one lands, he calls upon Ms. Ruu to press forward. "And Ms.Ruu? Ready to show them your new resolve?" He asked alongside a toothy grin and subtle channeling of ki.
(Posting from the phone. I'll try to update this with the actual actions later today as soon as I can. If DM would prefer to make the rolls sooner, then Dev is expending a superiority die 4 maneuvering attack if one hits, giving runt the option a moving half her speed towards the orcs prior to her turn. As well as his bonus action on rally to Grant her temp HP.)

Runt is currently invisible yes? She draws her axe and charges at the approaching orc front line. Enraged because they are orcs, she slams her blade toward the closest one. Aiming to obliterate it. (No reckless. Not sure if invisibility will drop after all attack actions are complete or just the first.)
1st Attack Longbow - To Hit: 11 For: 4 non-magical piercing damage. (Regular Orc) 2nd Attack Longbow - To Hit: 11 For: 9 non-magical piercing damage. (Same Regular Orc or 1 closest to it)
On 1st to hit, expending a Superiority Die for Maneuvering Attack Maneuver, inflicting an additional 4 and allowing Runt to expend her reaction to move 1/2 speed; provoking no opportunity attack

Seeing Runt run in and put a significant dent in the front line, Gendan decides to address the back line. She casts Fireball at the rear of the horde (Cap + 4). They each need to make a DEX save (DC 15): Take 25 fire damage or half on a successful save. She will also use Vision of the Archfiend to deal 9 additional psychic damage to the captain.
Then she will run up as close to Runt as she can. If possible, she will position herself directly behind Runt to reduce the chance of the barbarian being flanked.
The captain says, "I don't believe the ship has been compromised. My first mate would message me that's the case. There has to be some mistake. I believe we should destroy these weapons here because if we leave them, we risk having more ship-based weaponry unload on us."
