Elsara will be leading the horse and cart back through with Val. "It's true, we came to bring them back as quickly as we could and don't want her getting poorly!"

"Oh sure. You are holding a lock-pick. If you really did want to return it, could you not have shouted or at least knocked on our door?" The manager says pointing at the building the group of people came out of. "You didn't need to pick the gate. You could've climbed the fence and knocked!"

(Same thing I stated in post 1185. You better come up with a good reason for not knocking on the smaller door or things are going to go bad. Also, it's official, the dice really hates you.)

“Hmm, that makes sense. We are with the guild and rented these horses and wagon from here. We are just trying to return them  before the storm hits too hard, and are not here for any trouble. I didn’t break your lock, I simply unlocked it.”

"YOU SAY THAT AS IF It MAKES THIS BETTER! If a thief unlocked your door and stole your stuff, you wouldn't let him go because of that. We will let you go if you leave the horses, the cart and all the stuff in the cart with us. We'd check our papers to see if you really are who you say you are but the storm isn't going to wait for that. If you are the members of the guild, you wouldn't mind if we send your stuff there after the storm is over."

Meanwhile, when Folki gets abck to the guild he will rush straight up to the top of the tower and bring all his stuff back in from the roof

"Fine, just stop being so grumpy!" Elsara shouts back at the man. "You're gonna upset Twinkle Snow with all the shouting. She's had a long journey and needs some rest inside."

Folki bursts open the doors and flies straight to the tower. While the others come in, a very confused Catherine tilts her head and says, "Um... where are the others? And why is a goblin with you? Don't tell me they died or got captured."

EDIT: Do the hose team leave all their stuff behind?

(Well, anything that's left in the cart. Elsara's personal kit is in her backpack. I think it's got what everyone else decided to loot from the goblins in it.)

"Oh, no, they're just returning the wagon before the storm hits. Shouldn't be much trouble. And this here is Gabby. The new liaison between the Evan clan and Camenose. However, there were still some... uncomfortable with her staying in Camenose, so she's here in the meantime for safety's sake."

[OOC] Its funny to me that Elsara cares only for Twilight Snow and not the other horse. Poor other horse, no love for you. 

(I'm assuming that everyone who went straight to the Guild took all their stuff and any loot (did we have any?) as if they didnt the two and a half elves would have to carry it all)

(OOC: I'm just picturing that Twinkle Snow is brown but Elsara really wanted to call a horse that and so just did)

Gendan seldom uses the cart, and is accustomed to carrying all of her belongings on her person. 

(The only loot I recall was sold in Camenose, for scant reward. Aside from the potions that were mostly used. Most that we would have collected was left after the truce with Evans.)

Catherine nods and says to Gabby, "Can you explain the nature of this agreement to me?" Gabby and Catherine sit down at a table and have coffee as the timid goblin nervously explain the situation. At the end of it, the dark feathered aaracokra says, "I see. so this is the situation. Please go up to the Guild Master's room and discuss your stay and your truce with him." She then turns to the rest of you and says, "You did a fine job. Why don't you get some rest? Maybe you could tell me about the adventure later."

"Calm down! We are returning the horses, not stealing them. " he points to Elsara at the door with the head of thehorse inside the stable and the rest of her body still outside. " You see? we are entering."

"Well thank you, Catherine. I think I'll have some tea in the main hall while I wait for our elves to come back."
