"I doubt it would be in here," Fianna says as she traces a fingertip through the dust on the wagon, "It would have been closer to the kitchen. Even if the goblins moved it, it doesn't look like anyone's used this space since they took over."
"Regardless, we should probably search in pairs," she says with a glance over to Rolas.
(OOC: Fianna will use the Help action to assist Rolas on his Perception check)

"Agreed, I highly doubt we'll find our quarry out here. Hardly ideal conditions for keeping a treasured recipe book." Rolas moves straight through the loading bay and passes through the door to the bakery proper.
"I must say our patrons nanna was a much more enterprising lady than I expected. I was expecting a tiny cottage but this is quite the sizable business," he comments while casting a good look around the next room inside the bakery.
The inside of the building appears to be a huge kitchen. The bakery floor is a wide open space with high ceilings with exposed wooden beams, sound echoing throughout the room. Two stone rooms stand to one side (east) with heavy barred doors keeping them closed. Between them is a small glass cabinet with an even smaller mallet hanging on a chain. Six long work benches fill the center of the room, covered with pie tins, rolling pins, and other baking equipment. Some of the rolling pins are still rolling lazily back and forth, some enchantment keeping them in motion. Dulled knives chop at apples that haven’t been there in years. On the other side are six massive ovens, their doors still opening periodically, as if remembering that they are supposed to. Tall chimneys rise from each oven to pierce the ceiling overhead. The whole area is the mess, not the work of a professional baker. It looks as if someone has tried and failed to teach themselves to make pie.
There are other smaller rooms with doors that lead into them.

"Well there are 2 liquid filled vials in this glass cabinet. Perhaps they are some secret ingredient placed here for safekeeping."says Bram. He then moves to the most Northeastern Room and opens the door. If it opens he will exam the room for anything of note

Rolas raises an eyebrow at the strange collection of enchanted kitchenware and the ovens, "Well I say. I do hope this lady wasn't marketing her goods as 'lovingly baked by hand' or somesuch. False advertising, that."
He flicks some of the stray flour off a counter with an air of distaste as he strides through the room. Rolas judges the two side rooms look too sturdy to be opened for now, so he heads to the small one to the Southeast and attempts to simply kick the door in.
Fianna picks up a knife, and it stops being animated as soon as that happens.
Bram notices that the door leading into the room is barred shut on the outside. Opening it up, he feels a light blast of cold air released. Runes inscribed in the stone look like they might have something to do with it. Looking around, Bram notices a bag filled with smaller bags, labeled in common as Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Ginger, and Cloves.
Rolas easily kicks in the door to a room that seems rather untouched. It appears to be an office, filled with books, ledgers, and papers. Clearly, the goblins were not too interested in this room.
Xorben moves to the office with Rolas, "This might be a good spot for the recipe perhaps, Rolas. I'll help you look through the office. I wonder if they would have used a secret area of some sort in the wall, floor or ceiling? We can give it a good look see."

Xorben and Rolas start looking around. This well-appointed room of sturdy mahogany furniture and velvet curtains contains two paper-strewn desks with overturned chairs. The remaining walls are lined with bookshelves and filing cabinets. The goblin odor is not as strong in here as it is in other areas of the bakery.
As Xorben and Rolas search, they both find something of interest.
Xorben finds a safe hidden behind one of the shelves. (Roll Sleight of Hand to pick the lock, or Strength to pry it open).
Rolas, unfortunately, finds a trapped drawer in the desk - the hard way. As he is pulling, a needle springs out of the drawer, stabbing him. (1 pt of damage, plus 9 poison damage, and I need you to roll a Constitution save to avoid acquiring the Poisoned condition.)
Despite the injury, though, he does find a torn piece of paper. It looks like it could be one half of the recipe you seek! In addition, the other drawers contain one silver signet ring, some blank paper, quills, ink, etc. The curtains and the furniture in the room could be worth something, but surely would be awkward to carry out of here.
If you take anything, please add it to your inventory and make a note here so everyone knows you have taken it. Also, if you didn't already remove the coins you gave the goblins, please do so. I don't want to independently track inventory if I can avoid it.
Xorben moves into the building with the others and starts looking around.

As Fianna notes, it seems little of value is found in this space. The wagon might be usable, but the crates are empty or filled with refuse.
