This Mug immediately shared with me a transcendental tale of an Infinite Mug that anchors the Universe and keeps it from folding in on itself. I filed this report under "illogical nonsense" and asked why its sign is in Times New Roman font, when it is basic knowledge that Arial Black is a far superior font. I wondered: How did this mug even get past the assembly line with its theistic beliefs and poor font choices?
quote from Romantically Apocalyptic byVitaly S Alexius
Though only a glancing blow, the fact that he'd been launched so far and had to roll back to his feet upon hitting the ground wasn't lost to Narrakas even in his current state. But shy of Orc having taken up the almost literal torch of victory, the goblin spares but one brief glance into the brush in consideration of fleeing once more. "No. No run! Keep promise to chew big ugly to death!"He yells as he, in the case the Troll hadn't closed the distance already, Narrakas would make with the leg work to keep it hemmed in with Orc, and aim to tear a chunk of its leg before better presenting his shield to ward off the next bout of retaliation.
Action #1: Stride into within melee of troll, flanking with Orc Ranger.
Action #2: Rip & Tear into Troll. (Lethal, Unarmed)Bite - Attack: 19 Damage: 11 of non-magical piercing.
Action #3: Raise shield, regaining the +2 to AC.
OR(if torch was lit, but Ranger was not within range to grab it)
Action: #1: Stride within grab range of torch.
Action #2: Pick up torch. (Or if can freely object interact, picking up then striding into melee of Troll, again flanking with Orc)
Action #3: Stride within melee of troll. (Or if Action #2 alt option was possible, Raising shield)

((Okay... a little more info ... The Orc Ranger and human fighter were originally flanking the troll. When they each get knocked away, they are on opposite sides of the troll. Because Narrakas had just come from trying to help the fighter, I am going to assume that he was actually closer - sooooo, trying to stay with the spirit of what your wrote: I will take willow_ivyleaf's second option which winds up with the second strike with the knuckle dagger actually hitting doing 6 damage, bloodying the Troll! Then for Narrakas, we have choices... because he is essentially next to the human fighter, he can use his first action as an Interact action, to pick up the torch. Then he can Stride to melee with the troll as his second action, flanking the troll, making it flat footed. His third action we have some choices based off of what you wrote... He can strike either with the Bite or with the torch as an Improvised weapon. The Bite has a +6 to its attack and the torch would be +4 for you. In the interest of education, based off the roll, both would hit I believe so it is up to you. If you decide to go with the torch, roll a d4 for damage + 1 fire damage. OR he could raise his shield. ))

(OOC: He'd commit... to the orch smacking this time, so here's the alternate damage. So here goes 4 bludgeoning(?) + 1 Fire Damage and + 2 Rage bonus (if applicable to improvised weapons)

Narrakas' strike, while not powerful, leaves a lasting sting as the troll's flesh leaps into flame like dried parchment! ((OOC - PF2e learning point: Weakness to a type of damage can really add up even with minimal damage))
Eldon's magically hurled projectile connects with the trolls head, making a nasty gash along its neck and face, which does not seem to heal due its system trying to recover from the seared flesh.
The brute lashes out at Narrakas with its club:
Strike 1: 11 if hit: damage: 4, plus Narrakas knocked back 10 feet.
Strike 2: If strike 1 unsuccessful then against Narrakas, if strike 1 successful, then against the Orc Ranger: 16 damage 6 plus target knocked back 10 feet.
Strike 3: If Orc not knocked back in Strike 2, Troll will lash out with its claw at the Orc (even if both 1&2 were against Narrakas): 15 - damage if successful: 14 slashing. If both foes knocked back in 1&2, Troll will stride towards the orc (away from the torch).

The troll, visibly shaken by the damage it has sustained and the checking of its regeneration by the hateful flame lashes out at Narrakas, swinging wildly. All its swings fall short as Narrakas dances away from the chaotic pendulum.
