As described I believe you were correct:
First attack torch: +6
Second attack bastard sword: +3
If you attacked a third time -> with the sword: -2 or if with torch: -4
Maintaining his flanking of the troll, the orc ranger lashes out trying to make the most of the opportunity.
His first attack just misses the troll, but that is enough to alert the difficult to hit foe. The troll shifts its stance to deal with the subsequent attacks, moving just enough for the orc's blows to not connect.

The troll snorts as the stone bounce off of him. He extends its bottom lip in a frown, closes his eyes under furrowed brow and his nostrils widen as he breathes in deeply. To the amazement and horror of the party around him, some of the visible wounds on his body begin to close and heal!
He grunts and opens his eyes which now gleam with a malevolent fire. He raises his club and swings it twice:
((He is currently surrounded by Narrakas, the human fighter and the orc ranger))
First at the human fighter with the hateful torch: 13 damage if success: 11 and human knocked away 10 feet.
Then at Narrakas: 21 damage if success: 6 and Narrakas knocked away 10 feet.

Emboldened by this unnatural rejuvenation, the troll roared its defiance. With a swift motion, it raised its crude club high into the air. The first swing, fueled by a wrathful desire to extinguish the human fighter's torch, missed its mark. The hateful weapon whistled through the air, finding only emptiness where its target once stood.
Undeterred, the troll pivoted, directing its second strike at Narrakas, the nimble goblin whose agility had saved him thus far. But fate smiled upon the goblin once more; the club's arc missed him by inches. The ground trembled as the troll's blows landed in empty spaces, its frustration palpable in the air.

The human fighter's voice cut through the chaos of battle, a frantic plea for a strategy amidst the fury of combat. "Hit it with fire, the beast has an unnatural healing ability, fire will halt it for a time!" he roared, his words echoing over the tumultuous clash. His eyes blazed with determination, recognizing the troll's unnatural regeneration for the dire threat it posed.
With the torch gripped tightly, the fighter lunged at the troll, the fire's dance of orange and gold a stark contrast against the swamp's eerie gloom. His swing was desperate, fueled by the urgency of their situation, but fate wove a different story; the fiery arc missed the troll by a hair's breadth. Undeterred, he followed up with a sword strike, but weariness dulled his aim. The blade fell far short, a testament to the toll the battle had taken on his strength.

This Mug immediately shared with me a transcendental tale of an Infinite Mug that anchors the Universe and keeps it from folding in on itself. I filed this report under "illogical nonsense" and asked why its sign is in Times New Roman font, when it is basic knowledge that Arial Black is a far superior font. I wondered: How did this mug even get past the assembly line with its theistic beliefs and poor font choices?

With a fierce battle cry, the orc ranger lunged at the troll, his massive necksplitter cleaving through the air with deadly intent. The troll, ever agile despite its size, danced aside, narrowly avoiding the sweeping arc of the blade. Undeterred, the orc recalibrated his stance, his eyes narrowing with unyielding focus.
In a heartbeat, he struck again, his necksplitter finding its mark this time. The blade bit into the troll's flesh, drawing a howl of pain from the beast. A grim satisfaction flickered in the orc's eyes; he had tasted victory, if only for a moment. But battle was unforgiving, and there was no room for complacency.
With a swift motion, he attempted a third strike, this time with his knuckle dagger, a weapon as swift and deadly as its wielder. Alas, the troll, ever wily, sidestepped the attack, its movements almost serpentine.
"Narrakas no fire! Narrakas only--" Is about as much as the goblin can get out before the sight of Fopp being sent flying gives him pause. And when it became clearer still the man wouldn't be getting up, or at least not any time soon, Narrakas lets out a groan of frustration as he whipped his head about to focus again on the troll. He wanted to Rip. He wanted to Tear. And as fearsome, foul smelling, and as overall terrible idea as it was to try, there was a part of him that wanted to Devour. However, thinking back to how well he did in the fight against the Daemon in comparison to Fopp, the goblin soon let out a nother frustrated growl before warily backing away from Troll. Then once self-assured the others had it distracted well enough he turn tail and bound over to Fopp, and begin fishing out the slapdash healer's tools from his bandoliers to rouse Fopp back to consciousness at the very least.

Action #2: Stride until within 5ft of Fopp.

(@CF: If for whatever reason the 5ft step would put Narrakas within 5ft of Fopp, then his first action instead would be to Bite. And his 2nd action would be to take the 5ft step. In which case, see spoiler for the roll. Otherwise ignore it)

With a swift incantation, Eldon conjured the familiar energies of his magic missile spell. Three shimmering darts of pure force materialized at his fingertips, humming with arcane power. He aimed with precision born of countless battles and let the missiles loose.
The magical darts streaked through the air like vengeful spirits, unerring and unstoppable. They struck the troll in rapid succession, each impact sending tremors through its monstrous form. The creature roared in pain, its hideous features contorted with rage as the force of the spell assaulted it.
