Normont heads up to the room, but instructs Amber to perch somewhere discreet with a view of the lobby area and anyone who might enter the inn.
Once in the room, he puts his belongings down, instructs Maggie to stand guard by the door such that she blocks it from opening, and then turns to the others.
"I suppose we have options now. The business with the Nameless Ones and the missing grey hunter I think has to be the priority, however intrigued I am by the man who became a table", he says quietly.
"We will hopefully have a reply to the message I sent at Grey Hunt Manor soon, and we have the meeting with Lady de Rolo tomorrow. But what about Glinnick? If they intend to dispose of him soon, we might be able to turn him to our side and get some information out of him. They wouldn't want to dispose of him if he didn't know anything, after all".
"We don't even know who the Nameless Ones took, do we?" Lokilia says. "But the missing hunter should be our priority, yes."
"I do think we should help Glinnick. But how do we convince him to help us?" she asks. "I can't imagine he's just going to believe us that these people are going to turn on him. Or... I don't think he would. Maybe he would?" After having started off confident, she ends a bit uncertainly.
"I mean...," Dev begins, his face half-squinting as he thinks, "Glinnick wouldn't necessarily have to take our word for it. We have the letter right? I mean maybe he can read Undercommon after all his dealings with the Nameless Ones and he'd be able to put two and two together himself. Sometimes... sometimes people get involved in things they wouldn't have if they'd had a choice..." Dev is thinking of all the food and clothes and pocket change he filched as an urchin in the streets of Drynna. He and his parents would have starved if he hadn't. "So even though I'm tempted to think poorly of Glinnick, I just don't know. But it would feel awful to know there is a plan to... to get rid of him... and to do nothing, and then for something terrible to happen to him."
"I have to at least warn him. Somehow. And if we're wrong and the Nameless Ones aren't going to... to get rid of him, or if he ignores us..." Dev stopped to think for a moment before continuing. "...it doesn't matter. I have to at least try. I mean we have to at least try. But I guess, the question is, how?"
Lokilia frowns a bit as Normont confirms they don't even know who was taken. She wonders who it might have been. When Dev speaks up, she nods her head a bit at his words. "I don't disagree with warning Glinnick. We have to get him out of harm's way. Just the idea of getting him on our side, that will be tougher. But even if he's not on our side, we have to help him."
"That's right, we have the letter. We just need to get Glinnick away from the Nameless Ones, which might be easier said than done considering they can disguise themselves and become invisible. They are perhaps keeping tabs on him", he says thoughtfully. "Dev, you have been able to get messages to people before without being heard by others, right? Perhaps you could convince him to meet us somewhere safe".

"No, I was hoping we would find that out when we get our reply at Grey Hunt Manor", Normont replies to Lokilia regarding the missing hunter.
He waits to see what ideas Dev and Quinn have regarding Glinnick.
