Lokilia glances back at Dev as they wait for a response at the Ocici warehouse. "It's not a bad idea to send in Amber. Although just walking up to the door puts you at a bit of a risk, don't you think Dev?"

"I guess," Dev agrees. "But not a big risk? Like, if they wanted to kill me they've had opportunity. I don't think that's high on their list of priorities. Hurt me for disturbing them? Maybe. But I'm not afraid of getting hurt. It's happened before and, well. I'm here," he shrugs, without bluster.
Lokilia gives Dev a look of concern. She's proud of him for being able to stand up to getting hurt. But also a little sad because it seems that he's just used to it. "You shouldn't have to just put up with getting hurt," she says softly. "It is a good plan though."
The door is eventually answered by a rather sleepy looking man in a well tailored but somewhat dusty jacket, with cropped silvery hair, he frowns as he sees he does not know his callers, " Good Day, Who are you?"
“Good day. We’re friends of the Ocici’s.” Dev shows the man the promissory writ/missive/marker (I forget its exact form) embodying the merchant family’s favor.

Dev reveals the electrum piece with the Ocici family crest on both sides and the mans eyes widen, " Please, inside now!"
Dev’s eyes catch Lokilia’s with a “shall we?” look, and provided she agrees, nods a thank you to the man and steps into the building, carefully noting the man’s movements and their surroundings.

Lokilia nods to Dev in agreement. She motions with her hand for him to proceed then follows right after him.
The man brings them inside into a clean and well appointed warehouse, most of the goods are stored in hardwood crates and sitting in small piles against the walls, the centre of the room is dominated by larger pieces of antique furniture and carpets.
He led them towards the office space within past a pair of snoozing tan mastiffs one of whom woke momentarily to regard them dubiously before going back to sleep.
" I am Tillimus Verren. I must say it is a very long time since I have seen one of those coins. How can House Ocici be of service?", he queried as he pocket the coin.
Dev settles into an office chair and, torso naturally erect in his seat, crosses an ankle over one knee, droops his hands on the chair arms, and schools his features into relaxation. His eyes meet Lokilia’s for a moment to check that she hasn’t noticed anything alarming that he has missed, and then turns back to their host and smiles, his lips a thin line.
”The Nameless Ones. Have you heard of them?,” he asks, his voice betraying no emotion. He watches the man carefully for his reactions as they speak. (Insight: 15+5=20)
Lokilia follows the way into the office, taking a quick look about the place. (Perception: 9) She picks a chair not far from Dev, sitting down. Given the elegant nature of the space, she does her best to sit with proper posture. When Dev looks at her, she gives no indication of trouble - at least so far. She had been about to add on to what Dev said when she noted how closely she watched Tillimus. She felt it best not to interrupt and just wait for the reaction.

" The Nameless? Cultist of The Whispered One......went into hiding?"
" Oh....Nameless Ones? Some sort of riff-raff in Emon I believe."
( The man appears to be telling what he knows, which seems to be little...at least regarding the titles.)

Lokilia scans the room but apart from the two dogs sees no one else.
Lokilia looks a bit disappointed that Tillimus knows so little about the Nameless Ones. Though perhaps it's good he at least recognized the name of the group. "It turns out that some of these Nameless Ones are here in Whitestone. We've been investigating them a bit. But one of our... friends have been taken by them. We were hoping perhaps you might be able to connect us with some means to locate them. Perhaps some magic or something? We just aren't quite sure where to start looking for them."
She glances at Dev, hoping she wasn't overstepping herself by speaking. She was pretty sure that this had been what Dev was hoping for.

" Here? In Whitestone? Well I never.....trust Emon to export its refuse to our lovely corner of Tal'dorei."
" Kidnapping? I can hardly bear the thought....well, I suppose that would depend on who was kidnapping me and for what purpose....", his mind seemed to wander for a short while but he soon snapped back.
" I mean I have some antique scrolls that may be of use in location.....they are part of a consignment for a long term client but your coin trumps that relationship.......I believe the dweormer within will allow you to find a certain object....I don't know if it works for people as such."
" Ah....but that does explain a few things.....I've had a number of shipments come up short recently....I have written some rather brusque letters to our shipping partners but perhaps these ne'erdowells are to blame."
" Let me think..........there are some smaller warehouses just inside the main gate in the Southern Ward that I usually rent for overflow or as loading stations for southbound goods but they were both already booked when I tried last month but none of our esteemed competitors or other local interests seemed to know who had booked them and the bad tempered old gnome that owns them was most disagreeable about it."
Catching the look from Dev brought a smile to Lokilia's face. She then was more pleased by the information from Tillimus. "Well, I do hope this insight about the Nameless Ones will be a benefit to your operations here. And that's excellent! Perhaps those two small warehouses gives us something to investigate. I know we are owed a favor, but I would hate to put you out with others if it isn't necessary."
At this point she looks to Dev. "Perhaps we should not insist on the use of the scrolls unless absolutely necessary?" She looks at Tillimus. "There is no reason that we might not continue to help each other, right?"
Whilst Normont waits for Dev and Lokilia to return, he spends the time adding additional security to his Grandfather's house and the workshop. Mainly upgrading the locks and the like.
If he has time, he might also take a look in the bag of holding to see what his grandfather might have left in there. Maybe just a couple of items for now, wanting to leave some mystery.

( Just checking, is he just going to fish in the bag thinking of things that may be within or empty the bag by folding it inside out?)
(OOC: If those are the only options, he would have to do the latter, as he doesn’t know what’s in there. I was thinking of a lucky dip type situation originally)

( No, he can do the lucky dip. It would just be thinking ' sword' and a random sword' within would be pulled out, ' ring' and a random ring within etc.
So....what are the first three things he would think of, even subconsciously, as he reached in three times? :) )
