Leek reaches out and touches the cistern. It is actually there. Looking over the edge, you find a small rope tied at both ends just below the surface of the water, weighed down in the center by something with heft.
Leek pulls up on the rope and discovers a leather satchel, carefully rolled and folded to make it waterproof. Inside the satchel, he finds two potions, one of which looks identical to the healing potions you've seen previously and the other looks empty but feels full. There is 50 gold pieces and ordinary travel clothing as well.
I'll go back to where we were before the brigand opened the door. Scouting hall. I'd like to continue along peaking each corner until I see something of merit that needs a reaction. plus I'm on the lookout for traps.

A cold breeze fills this large natural cavern, carrying with it the faint scent of decaying flesh. A crevasse divides the cavern and is flanked by two rough stone columns that support the twenty-foot-high ceiling. Two arched wooden bridges span the chasm.

In the down time I will pass around 10 gold to each member. Whoever wants the potions can take them.
