Trolkarl move and holds fire until Erbert's blast goes off.
You strike with surprise and with fury, concentrating on Craddock as he continues his ritual. The bonfire is responding with the flames now dominated with green tongues of fire erupting upwards into the night. Your attacks strike Craddock and his flying blood hits the bonfire resulting in a brilliant flash of sickly green. Seen within the flames is a disembodied, alien head with abyssal black eyes. A horrible scream erupts from it mouth, "I AM AZZARIOL! YOUR SOULS ARE MINE TO FEED UPON!" The head turns to face you and you feel a wave of nausea and dread come over you. Inky darkness appears, obscuring Craddock from your view.
Goblin5 springs into action and runs to a wolf, mounting it for battle.
Bugbear1 closes on Hoid, Olar and Kragen. (Dash)
Wolf1 runs to a goblin and that goblin mounts it, ready for combat.
Chadwicks action wasn't mentioned in the recap, did his damage get added in?
Also did we use our movement before our attack, or could we move after the surprise attack?
With Hunter's Mark Chadwick should know if the target falls to zero since he can choose a new target as a bonus action (BA used during surprise round but could transfer next round).

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
The Eldritch Blast passes through the disembodied head without any seeming effect. Azzariol laughs an eerie, skin tingling laugh. “Fool!,” he says. “You cannot harm me.”
Bugbear3 closes on Trolkarl while taking a Dodge action.
Hoid steps up to bugbear1 to get his pretty new sword dirty. He uses precision strike. To hit is 21 (9+5+7). Damage is 12 (6+2+3, rerolled 2 as a 3).
Hoid yells, “Craddick the Coward, continue to hide in the darkness like the gutless craven you are! I’m getting warmed up on this meat shield you put in front of us, but you are doomed. Step out from your cowardly cover and face me so that I can truly make you gutless!”
Hoid is positioned so he or Gneuman should have advantage. If Hoid would get the advantage, rolls would likely be different. For example, if there is an advantage roll and the second roll was higher (substantially) the superiority die (d8) would have been used for trip attack instead (which increases damage instead of the hit roll).
Hoid is challenging to do by post because he has a lot of contingent combat options.
Hoid strikes the bugbear with Advantage using his newly minted great sword. It flashes in the bonfire light and strikes a great blow to the bugbear. To Hit = 14, 20. Damage = 19 (6+3+3+7). Kragen closes up with Trolkarl to face the attacking bugbear. He casts Bless upon Gneuman, Hoid and Trolkarl. ((Be sure to add your 1d4 bonus to appropriate rolls while in effect. ))
Wolf4 charges at Erbert and tries to bite him. Erbert is wily, though, and dodges the attack. To Hit = 9. Miss
Bugbears 4 and 5 close in on the southern group, engaging for melee.
You then see the flames of the bonfire become stronger. They begin to leap higher with more green tongues of flame shooting into the sky. Azzariol's head becomes more distinct in the flames as well. The feeling of dread emanating from the bonfire increases. Its gaze focuses upon Hoid after felling the bugbear. "Insignficant Dwarf! You will burn in the Pyre of Agathan, deep in the Abyss!" Hoid is targeted with a Vicious Mockery spell. DC 12 WIS save = 9. Hoid is Disadvantaged on his next attack and takes 1 point of psychic damage.
Wolf Rider5 closes in on Chadwick and Erbert.
Wolf Rider1 joins his companion in pressing the attack on Chadwick but cannot quite make it yet.
