Gneuman proceeds in the direction he heard Hoid speak in dwarvish. Upon bumping into Hoid and emerging from darkness, Gneuman executes a cartoon-like shake of his head to regain his senses and sees ogre 99 in need of some gnome-fu.

Hoid jumps and swings at Oni and misses (assuming AC is accurately indicated in the app). Hoid will use the remainder of his turn cursing and waiting for an opportunity attack.
Gneuman emerges from the darkness and engages the ogre. This prompts a Reaction from the Oni, it strikes with its glaive. To hit = 26. It hits for 14 slashing plus 4 necrotic damage on Gneuman.
Gnome-Fu is strong and drops the ogre on first hit.
Hoid leaps into the air swinging his maul at the Oni. It easily dodges the blow.
I am very suspicious of my 2024 understanding so please let me know if any of this is off. In the old rules, I think this would be easier to process.

Bonus action: Spend 2 dice of healing light to restore HP - rolled for 10 but didnt apply as I assume this place sucks the power out of some of the healing I think I have fixed everything due to not reading the +10' on the Oni. If that is acceptable
(I think the darkness circle, Oni, Chadwick and Gneuman have been moved from the positions I last saw them. EDIT: add Hoid to those moved, and I don’t see Starker off in the void he was in before. SECOND EDIT: missed the ooc explanation. Now it all makes sense.)
Chadwick closes and lands a convincing set of blows on the Oni. It howls in pain. Deciding who is the greater threat between Trolkarl and Chadwick now takes up its attention from Hoppy the dwarf.
Meganephos calls out warning to Starker just a bit too late. From the surrounding darkness comes a dwarf that seems to be made entirely of shadow-stuff. It closes on Starker and attacks, to hit = 18 for 6 necrotic damage and loss of 4 points of strength. (( Or, use Shield as a Reaction to avoid these effects. ))
The Oni casts Sleep with Trolkarl and Hoid in the AoE. DC14 WIS save, Trolkarl = 20, Hoid = 13. Hoid is asleep.
It then maneuvers in the air above Chadwick having determined Trolkarl/Darkbane is an annoying fly while Chadwick is a threat. It attacks him with its glaive, to hit = 13. It misses.
Chadwick yells in dragonic (adding spoiler tag to hide it from anyone who doesn't know it).
They are going to try and steal darkbane! After my next attack I can reach Trolkarl to heal!

Ogre 35 stands and moves around Hoid, picking up Darkbane. It then Dashes away from the fight carrying the sword.
((I am assuming Hoid will use a reaction to attack it, to hit = 14, for 16 ((MAX)) damage. The ogre collapses with its chest caved in.
Kragen to act.
Hoid relays the comment Chadwick made but in dwarvish. I believe everyone can read the spoiler now.
Kragen takes an AoO on Ogre 99. With his Warcaster ability, allows me to cast an attack spell.

Kragen then Channels Tyrs divine healing powers to give Trolkarl vitality. “Arise friend Trolkarl!”
Channel Divinty preserve life =30hp restored to Trolkarl
seeing the dire state of affairs, decides the best chance of survival is to bolster our most effective fighters

then moves towards Trolkarl and Darkbane upon hearing the message from Hoid

Trolkarl is healed 29HP and is now conscious.
Hoid receives 14HP of healing as well from Kragen's spell.

Kragen to act
There are more of those shadows coming from beyond the darkness.
Kragen, seeing Hoid collapse incapacitated from the Ogre Magi's spell, reaches down and shakes Hoid to break him out of the spell. "Wake up brother!"
"Starker, have Meganphose keep watch and alert us of any shadow's that may be approaching."
The shadow that attacked Starker approaches, but avoids the area of bright light.
Gneuman to act.
Gneuman will chug his Potion of Healing (5+2=7 hp recovered, - penalties.)
IF there is a way for him to teleport AND reach the floating dude, he will do so.
IF there is something to spider-climb and reach floating dude, he will do so.
Otherwise, he will ready his sling and fire when able.
