Hoid activates his Helm of Thunder and takes two steps back. With a flying leap at the Oni, he strikes on the downward arc and connects with his maul. The Oni is toppled and knocked prone still hovering 10’ in the air. He resists being knocked back.

Does Chadwick need to be adjacent to the Oni to reach since his hovering at 10'? If so he'll step up next to him, otherwise he'll stay where he is so the daylight spell will (hopefully) cover more of the darkness.

Meganephos, "YELP!!...." and turns into a small statuette of a dog made of onyx. It then flies to the W. Chadwick has a Reaction attack, hitting for 14 slashing damage and 4 force damage. It grunts in pain after Chadwick's attack and pulls a pouch from its belt. Throwing it to the ground in front of Chadwick and Hoid it says, "You have won. Take this and leave with your prize." He then uses a bonus action and becomes Invisible. ((The radiance from Darkbane shows his location, but you will still be at Disadvantage to hit him.))
The shadows are looking to get out of the bright light cast by Darkbane and the Driftglobe. Shadow1 backs away into the dim light.
Kragen hoping to end this, appears to throw The Judge at where Oni's shadow from Darkbane projects. A bolt of orange light streaks from The Judge towards what was Oni.
