(( The circles representing light for Chadwick and Starker are interfering with movement of tokens. All have been removed. So, both have bright light 20' radius and dim light 40' radius. ))
(( I think Jeremy and Chris are both AFK at this point. ))
(( The circular structures provide cover and block line of sight. The remaining terrain is low rubble and provides no cover. ))
(( Attacking the invisible thing still is at Disadvantage. The effects of Trolkarl's sword reveals the location of the creature, but not enough to offset the invisibility. This will allow you to target the creature. ))
Kragen advances and casts Bless upon Himself, Hoid and Chadwick.
Chadwick advances to join Hoid at the lead. He readies an action attack anyone entering his range with his glaive.
Charging out of the darkness come five furious ogres armed with spiked great clubs. All seem intent on making paste of each of you. Trailing behind them is a creature floating in the air. It is invisible, -ish. Trolkarl's sword has begun to glow with a silvery-blue light. It is bright light out to 60' and dim light out to 120'. Chadwick and Starker can suddenly see what is happening. Where the light from Trolkarl's sword contacts the 'invisible' creature there are sparks and motes of light that outline a large bipedal creature armed with a pole arm. Each of you sense that there is a angry pitched hum coming from the sword as well.
There are more of the chunks of coal on the ground here. Also, you see the glittering reflection of coins scattered across the floor.
One ogre saves. All roar, enraged. Now they know who is to be pulp first.
Ogre 38 closes on Starker, murder filling its dim thoughts. It moves by Chadwick, within range of his glaive. To hit = 15, for 15 slashing damage. The ogre continues on to strike at Starker. Chadwick's solid blow with his glaive unsettles the ogre's feet, to hit = 11. It misses.
The 'invisible' creature approaches, aloft. It is moving around 10' off the ground. Coming into view, the creature casts Cone of Cold encompassing all but Starker. DC14 CON save or take 29 cold damage. All save but Chadwick, who rolls a 1. The creature appears to be an ogre with horns and bulging eyes that glow with a cold fire. It is wielding a huge glaive and wears loose fitting clothing over its bright blue skin. Two large tusks protrude from its lower jaw. It grins menacingly as it continues to approach through the air.
Ogre 99 and Ogre 35 close in on Chadwick and strike with their great clubs. To hit = 21 for 9 bludgeoning damage and 15, missing.
Kragen moves to fill in the gap in your line to prevent any more ogres from approaching Starker. He then utters a quick incantation and fires a Guiding Bolt as a L3 spell at the ogre attacking Starker. To hit = 15 for 26 Radiant damage. Ogre 38 is seared by Tyr's holy fire. It cries out in surprise and pain, clearly injured. Next attack on Ogre 38 is at Advantage.
Ogres 54 and 28 close in on Hoid at attack with their great clubs. To hit = 23, for 12 (becomes 9) bludgeoning damage and 26, for 12 (becomes 9) bludgeoning damage.
1st attack: 16 to hit (+2 rolled for bless), 17 damage for maul (3 bonus for heavy weapon mastery), 3 damage for trip attack (20 total damage). DC 15 con save for topple from maul (in favor of DC 15 str for trip).
2nd attack: 22 to hit (+2 rolled for bless), 13 damage for maul (3 bonus for heavy weapon mastery), 7 damage for trip attack (20 total damage). DC 15 con save for topple from maul (in favor of DC 15 str for trip). Contingent advantage roll if the ogre was prone was 15, no difference.
Action surge
3rd attack: 24 to hit (+1 rolled for bless), 15 damage for maul (3 bonus for heavy weapon mastery), 7 damage for trip attack (22 total damage). DC 15 con save for topple from maul (in favor of DC 15 str for trip). Contingent advantage roll if the ogre was prone was 18, no difference.
4th attack: 21 to hit (+2 rolled for bless), 13 damage for maul (1 converted to 3 plus 3 for heavy weapon mastery). Saving a superiority die for later. Contingent roll if prone was 10, no difference.
If the ogre is dead, will use remaining movement (45’ available) to move to ogre99.
(( The circles representing light for Chadwick and Starker are interfering with movement of tokens. All have been removed. So, both have bright light 20' radius and dim light 40' radius. ))
Trolkarl will try to regain composure after being bludgeoned by boulders to the head. 2nd wind: 10 hp
moving south
(( Okay. Gneuman, Kragen and Chadwick to act. ))
Gneuman has moved.
Starker moved east-ish, hoping for at least partial cover from the terrain.
The large structures can provide cover. The other stuff represents rubble.
Is the orange circle something sensed by tremor sense? If so, Hoid would like to do something devious.
The orange circle is the coal Starker set afire, giving off light in a 5' area
Please feel free to move Kragen.
(Not in the map) does bless make tactical sense here?? If so, he does so for himself and 2 others.
(( I think Jeremy and Chris are both AFK at this point. ))

Starker to act.
Starker:”See, I can only get three of them when they are spread out like this.”
Retreats as shown.
Casts Fireball as shown, catching three of the ogres in the furious flames, and hopefull also setting up some more small coal fires.
Damage (fire) = 26, halved on a Dex 15 save.
(Rolled in app. Awfully. Not sure how to link new Starker to campaign?)
(Ahh. Need campaign link sent anew)

Gneuman to act
Starker, responding to a voice only he hears: “…oops…”
Gneuman moves south towards ogres 28 and 54. As he closes the distance, BAMF!
He disappears, then reappears directly behind Oni.
Gneuman then uses his second action to strike with advantage with his VS: 24 to hit. Damage: 5+4=9, +3= 12 damage from spear.
For his bonus action, Gnome-Fu ensues: 19 to hit, 6 damage from unarmed strike.
18 total damage.
Gneuman closes on the ogre and strikes twice with e spear for 28 damage, plus 6 for his open hand strike.
Hoid to act.
Bonus action: second wind to heal for 10.
Move 5’ to engage ogre 54.
1st attack: 16 to hit (+2 rolled for bless), 17 damage for maul (3 bonus for heavy weapon mastery), 3 damage for trip attack (20 total damage). DC 15 con save for topple from maul (in favor of DC 15 str for trip).

(I moved Ogre 35 while scrolling around. Undo wasn’t available. I put it roughly back where it was before, I think.)
Hoid does 75 total damage to ogre 54. It is prone and barely alive.
Trolkarl to act.
(I did not apply 10 healing from second wind because I was unsure whether the bad vapors would reduce it.)
