He's just little... How much could he weigh? But then again Zeds isn't precisely muscle bound so he would either have others holding the rope as well or tie it off somewhere, bunkbeds or something else sturdy.
The rope is tied off onto a bunkbed and Krackle is lowered down the chute. The chute continues on for 30 ft before opening up into a cavern filled with flickering lantern light. Before reaching the end of the chute you hear voice you have heard before. The voice of Langdedrosa Cyanwrath "Be vigilant my brothers and we will be blessed."
From the sound of several footsteps, you know Cyanwrath is not alone.
When Krackle hears the voice, he would quietly cast message and whisper to Zeds. "Stop! Stop! Don't lower me any farther! It goes to a room with people in it and the blue dragonborn is one of them." The kobold would try to quietly place his feet against the walls as he tries to slow his decent. He would keep listening to see if he can get an idea of how many people are in the room or if he is saying anything important.
This chamber has been enlarged and reshaped from its original form. The floor and three of the walls are smooth, and stalactites and stalagmites have been polished into gleaming columns. Every surface glistens with moisture, and the air is warm and humid. The flat walls of the chamber are decorated with shallow abstract carvings of dragons. Dragons’ tails coil into intricate patterns and knots that flow across the walls.
There in the middle of the room is Cyanwrath with his greathsword on his back and 2 others wielding greataxes. Cyanwrath is staring at the at the dragon carvings. The 2 men are well muscled and bigger than the cultist guards you fought. The 2 men are patrolling the cavern in a clockwise fashion. Soon they will be right next to the chute opening.
As krackle is pulled up out of the hole, he claws his way on to the floor and looks up from the ground. "The big blue dragonborn that hates you is down there with some big guards with big weapons." The kobold would say... his eyes wide. "They were looking at some carvings of dragons in a big fancy room... I don't know if it would be better for us to drop in there and fight them now... or continue through the rest of this place and see what is all here first." Krackle would say as he stands up and dusts himself off.
“I have the strength to fight one more fierce battle. If we can kill these bastards now, we can deal with the rest of the cave later. We must kill the head of the snake first.” He says to the others
"OK, if we are going down the hole, I suggest we keep one end tied off and we stay together. Hopefully we can suppose them. the buy guy and his 2 guards look pretty tought." The kobold would reply as he begins to head back down the hole..
Zeds attempts to grab Krackle by the back of his gear and pull him back before he heads back down. "Perhaps someone a little tougher should go down first?" Zeds offers, glancing over at Ironthar.
"No offense," Zeds quickly adds to Krackle.
If Ironthar doesn't step up and want to go first then Zeds himself will reluctantly do it - If so his plan is to stop before emerging and try to peer out to get the lay of the land before he rushes out and attacks.

Cyanwrath says no more, but based on the footsteps you believe there might be 3 people.
Am I close enough that I could poke my head out and look around?
You can, but that opening is 3ft wide. Please roll Stealth DC 15
13 = Krackle sticking his head out...

"Pull me up quick!" Krackle would message as he attempts to spread his legs and arms and quietly claw his way upwards a bit.
Zeds starts pulling the rope the best his 8 strength allows!
Zeds struggles and starts to sweat by the time he is able to pull up Krackle.
Stirling drops resistance and gives Zeb guidance.
Pull with your back bend knees there you go!
Ironthar takes over the rope pulling. He has double the strength of Zed.

Head out or down the chute when ready
