Yasmina would remain hidden in the stairs while Lord Amir and Hayya hides in the southeast and southwest corner respectively, ready to jump on creatures entering the chamber.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
As the portal disappears, you see the six remaining mummies sitting right where you left them and looking completely uninterested in everything going on... and beyond them, you can see the collapsed tunnel where some unlucky cultist triggered your trap. The sounds on the other side suggest that the cultists are rapidly digging through the new obstruction... you've got 4 rounds before they've made enough headway through the loose rocks to start blasting at you.
Also... did you guys have some automatic way to trigger the flame trap, or were you planning to manually light it once the cultists got stuck in the pitch?

Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?
(Yasmina will give a lit torch to Al-Asfeh who will turn invisible and fly ahead, ready to drop the torch to ignite the trap on Yasmina's mental command. He's immune to fire so he will be okay ;-)
[[ OOC: It's a nice idea, but Al-Asfeh's torch, even if it would become invisible like him, would continue to give off light, betraying his presence and potentially making the cultists suspicious.
Maybe it's better if we keep the torches, one for each one of us, ready to throw them as soon as the Cultists are in the right spot (we won't all miss the aim... at least one torch will set the trap on fire).
However, while invisible, Al-Asfeh could play a nice prank... If the Cultists survive the fire and get close to the mummies, Al-Asfeh could take the mummies' jewels and throw them among the Cultists. Since he's invisible, it should really look like the Cultists stole them... ]]
(My only issue with that plan is that it requires all of us to be standing within torch throwing range of the cultists. Sounds like a recipe for death by AOE)

Delvindra allows the others to debate the best course of action. For her part, she moves within 60' of the fire trap in case she would need to create a bonfire as a back up plan to ignite it. When it seems that the cultists are just about to break through the rocks from the deadfall, she draws on the last bit of magical energy from her ring to create a trio of illusory duplicates.
(Delvindra is using the last charge in her ring to cast Mirror Image)
Delvindra vaguely muses about what might possibly make a hiding Echo more effective than an invisible familiar but doesn't bring it up, no matter how much the voices urge her to sow discord within the group.
(So, just to be clear, is the plan to have Zander's echo ready its action to hurl a burning torch at the cultists as soon as there's a large enough opening in the pile of rubble, catching the pitch on fire and making a cultist-barbecue?)

(Is it possible to have Zander's ready action to move the echo quickly and drop the torch? I'm presuming it has a much higher chance of success. If not, I'm good with hurling.)
(It would take a while for them to make a big enough hole for an entire person to fit through... so I'd say the first opening will just be big enough to toss a torch)

Cal will then back far enough away to not be attacked by the fireball. And he will only attack if it looks like the party is in danger

Zander will stay ready, but will also only attack if the party is attacked.

(Not an automatic way but Didi has create bonfire, or burning hands, or hellish rebuke, or... as a very last resort... torches.😉)

Zander steps up and says "My Echo can do it. It can float above or in under something and then I can direct it to light the fire."

"It's perfect, Zander, honey!" Duwamilly enthusiastically approves "We'll let your Echo start the fireworks".
Yasmina approves of the plan, still in position as before, ready for mayhem.
Cal nods
Zander will take out and light a torch. He brings into existing an Echo of himself and flies it up and over the closest edge of trap and hides.
