I am new and now sure how this works in combat, but since Jodon delayed his action and will be next at the top of the round, does he have to take his first round action first? Can he take both? Or does he lose it? I am not too familiar with delaying an action.
If the trigger for a held action is not met then the action is lost. You can move and do bonus actions on your turn but you cannot hold either of those so you would have to do those prior to held action.
Jodon feels the familiar energies build within him, as he prepares to assist his companions, until he sees the eyes of the man with the sword lock with his. A moment of panic sets in as Dathyra jumps in front of him, and those familiar energies twist within him, focused not on his companions but on those eyes.
Jodon casts Guiding Bolt on the man with the shortsword. 24 Damage if hits: 11
Wendel cries out from upstairs, "No! Stop!" and he comes into view on the balcony to kick the zombie from the second floor. The zombie rolls in its fall, due to its bent position when it was pushed, to land flat on its back with a squishy thud. Wendel grips the banister for a moment for support as he watches a flash of light come from Jodon's outstretched hand to slam into his ally. He draws a shortbow and shakily pulls an arrow from a quiver scattered on the ground. The man with the shortsword lies on his back gasping for air, his breaths longer and longer apart.
Wendel is now at L2 and the zombie is prone at L4.

Annoyed at the situation at hand, between the tiefling's cowardly exit and the unknown man's intent on going after Jodon, Holgrushes up to the now prone man and tries to finish him with a piercing blow through his chest.
Moves to I6
Attack: 21 Damage: 5
Afterwards, Holgretreats behind the near pile of rocks and crouches behind them in hopes to cover himself from Wendal's bow above.
Move to H6 and crouch to gain any cover if possible.
Dathyra inwardly groaned as Holg went to finish off the man with the sword. He was no longer a threat anymore, and they could have at least tried to get some answers out of him in his weakened state. But, there were still other problems to deal with. Wendel didn't exactly frighten her all that much. He didn't exactly look like he had the fortitude to harm others. Looking in his eyes, she saw fear, and fear could maybe be reasoned with. The zombie laying on the ground was another matter. Not sure if it was still alive, or what passed for alive, she wasn't about to take any chances. She moved behind the rocks, and near Holg to avoid Wendel's arrow, just in case, and muttered a quick spell.
Attack: 18 (I think this is right. I'm reading my sheet, and it says +4 because Wisdom is my spellcasting modifier, but since they changed so much with all the site updates, I'm not so sure how to read some of this.)
If you want to try for a critical, the first attack after Guiding Bolt has advantage. If you did already, my apologies - cannot mouse over effects on mobile
[OOC] : No I was definitely aware of that buff! Plus he was prone so advantage was definitely there. I rolled with advantage thanks to the dice roller and did indeed crit. (Hence the green colored roll). I use the built in dice roller on here to resolve everything. Clicking the combat tab on the dice roller allows you to enter all your modifications and prints out attack and damage where the damage will autoroll if you crit. Here was my algorithm:
The man on the ground gurgles his last breath as Holg drives the rapier home. The zombie pulls itself from the floor and ambles over towards Holg. Its dead eyes bear no intelligence, but its motives are clearly hostile.
The zombie moves to I6, right beside Holg, but he had to use a double move to get there since standing from prone takes half movement.
Jodon gapes, open, open-mouthed at Holg, and then looks down at his own hands. "You...I...That man...I n-never...I didn't mean..." He drops to his knees. When he looks up at Wendell, he is almost pleading.
"Please...nobody else needs to be hurt tonight. Call off your...friend, and we can talk through this. Nobody else. Please."
I do not know if you would qualify this as a persuasion attempt; if so, I can roll. Even if it is a complete non-action, it would be Jodon's gut reaction to participating in/causing the death of a non-monstrous being for the first time, so consider this my turn.
Wendel's bow immediately clatters to the ground at the mention of walking away from this. He puts his arms high into the air in surrender and in a terrified, yet relieved, voice he responds to Jodon, "It won't listen to us, but it can't hurt us neither. I'm sorry!"
That ends Wendel's turn. I like to roll for resolves and personalities just so some of this is a surprise to me too and with his traits, no roll from Jodon is needed.

Dathyra was thankful for Wendel's cooperation, but she didn't have time for this foolishness with the zombie. She was certain Holg could handle it, but just for good measure, she pointed a single finger at the walking corpse, aiming carefully so as not to hit her companion. "Naur!" she said with conviction. (Elvish for "fire.")
Dathyra remains in her spot and casts Sacred Flame again.
Attack: 20
Damage (if hits): 4 radiant damage
Dex DC: 12

Dathyra's aim was a bit too high for the prone form of the zombie before, but being this close to the vile, stinking thing was too much to bear. Her finger extended, she calls forth fire, given to her by Lathander, that lights the walking corpse aflame. The destructive fire eats at the corpse hungrily and in a matter of moments, the thing is finished, leaving behind the stench of burned flesh. Wendel kicks his longbow over the edge of the ledge for good measure. His left hand moves to his belt slowly, leaving his right in the air. Loosening the strap to his weapon belt, he lets his it fall to the ground as well. "I want no trouble. I never did. I'm sorry for all this. Please, just let me go. I won't tell no one. I'promise!"
Although he knows it to be hopeless, Jodon goes over to the prone man to see if there is anything he can do, leaving for the moment the first exchange with Wendell to his less shaken companions.
She knew telling Jodon his efforts were in vain would be hopeless. After all, his own attempt to comfort her after confronting her own capabilities to kill hadn't eased her guilt. The feeling was mutual. She had seen the half-orc finish him off, and it wasn't a pretty scene. Exhausted from their efforts, and eager to prevent further destruction, Dathyra put her weapon away, meeting this Wendel halfway. She gestured in the most non-threatening way possible, holding her own hands up empty. "And no trouble will come to you," she said, "but answers are what we seek right now. Where is the owner of this manor, and what..." She looked around at the great pit in the floor. "is all of this?"

Sorry, yes, no action this turn. I was writing that post in between stuff during a play rehearsal and was in a bit of a rush.

Holg, you're up. It would have been an action for Wendel to kick the zombie off the balcony.
