Like I said, Monks are confusing beasties, especially in PbP where we can't just hash this out in real time back and forth :) So, in order, the hits would be:
Quivering Palm. Automatically takes hold, no additional damage, no save until next turn.
Stunning Strike. Con save 21 or stunned.
(If Beefy saved against #2) Stunning Strike. Con save 21 or stunned.
If Beefy is stunned at this point, Dex save 21 or knocked prone
If Beefy is not stunned, deny him reactions this turn. (No save, just happens) Either by stun or by this effect, I just want to deny him Opportunity Attacks so I can get 70 feet away. He hits hard.
Would repeat #3, but I am certain I did not hit 4 times.
Then, anytime in the next 18 days, I can choose to activate the Quivering Palm. Could be next turn or next week; It just takes an action. Whenever I do, he has to make a Con save DC 21, or drop to 0 hit points/take that necrotic damage. That's why I visited the compound with Lyssma in disguise the other day, to apply that without the angel knowing, so we would have an ace in the hole in the first round of a fight, or for a roleplay bit later. That's also why I pushed ahead with picking a fight in the square right now - with today's lucky portent roll to start the day (3 and 4), I can guarantee two failed rolls. The first was the angel. Now that Alcashia has dealt with Lady Teresa (who may have been the type of caster with a possible counter, though Sage Advice suggests that would not work here), if the rest of you do not finish Beefy this round, he will roll a 4 on his Con save next turn. That's actually why when you said pick any combination, I took Monk 18/Wiz 2. The combination is the closest thing to one-hit finishers that exists in 5e.
Should you choose to use him this way, Isala could create all sorts of blackmail havoc in cities, or set factions against each other - combining QP with portent, a little misdirection, and a little theatrics was my original plan when I was talking about sacrificing myself. Alternatively, you could use him as your quick strike skirmisher and control specialist while you deal with other threats. And, if portent rolls happen to be particularly good that day, like today, Isala can be a bit more lethal.

I didn't realize Beefy moved past me last turn. That should give me an opportunity attack. If I was at D14 and he moved from C12 to E12 (move through D12) . If he moved on the diagonal then I wouldn't be able to attack. If that is the case here is the the attackAttack: 31 Damage: 17 + 22 sneak attack damage. On a successful hit I will attempt to make a Trip Attack: Upon a successful hit you can attempt to trip your opponent with the chain (he must be no more than one size larger than you). Opponent then makes a Strength (Athletics) or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check (the target chooses the ability to use) against the trip DC 21 (8 + Prof + Str or Dex), if he fails he is prone.
This will change my above attack as I won't be invisible anymore.

Beefy sees the guards and uses his Zealous Roar to embolden them.
