"But they are not you. This benefits you, so why bother about them? Those sinners? This is survival of the fittest, you do not want to fall behind." She places her hand on the censer. "Give into your desire. You want this censer. You do not care for this letter."
Thrudor again looks at the others, the confusion on his face. "Sinners...are they though? What have we learned? They have a package somewhere waiting to be delivered and a letter in my possession that you want. The group, what makes them sinners that I should help you? This censer...It has a demon inside...I do not deal in demons....They are evil and cause trouble"
You hear a shout muffled by distance, and the sound of footsteps approaching the bar. "Where's my letter? Did you take it?" "You mean that red one? I haven't even seen it!" "Then where is it?" "Maybe it fell out of your bag." "You have gotten into a heap of trouble." She says, laughing. Her appearance quickly changes to a middle-aged male human, and she attempts to grab the letter from Thrudor's hand.

Suddenly, everything is clear. This is a Green Hag, who like all others of her kind desires the downfall of society. This intends to watch the Kobold suffer for her own pleasure, and is ready to ruin your name as well. She just wants to watch the world burn, and she is deceiving the party so she can watch the drama from the sidelines. She has no intent to help anyone. She is feeding off the kobold's negativity. And you know Mephits are never a good sign, and the dust Mephit is likely going to betray you in the end.
”I know you lot have just met me, but this creature is an evil green hag. I am sure her plans for us are evil, and any trapped creatures she gives us are sure to betray us. Let us get away from her and this place before she hurts anyone.”pleads Fuego.

She takes off running, opening her censer as she runs, allowing the mephit to escape. This creature resembles a Dust Mephit but is made of red canyon sand, and it lunges at Fuego as the hag escapes.
As noise of the oncoming dwarves and kobold approached, Phait grabbed another flagon of ale and began to head towards the door, hoping to perhaps distract them with more drinking bets. But as the situation with the witch intensified he readied his staff to prepare for battle.

On his turn, Fuego pours fire towards the mephit as it comes at him! Since the Hag just released it from the censer, the two of them form a straight line away from him, so his real target—the hag—might be fooled by his misdirection!
