Thea spins on her heel, cackling with delight. She turns her gaze to the soldier Williamis fighting (#2), and whistles, trying to distract the warrior. As the warrior turns to look, he finds that Theais suddenly in his face (Moving south one square) as she sinks both of her daggers into him.
After the attack is complete and hopefully blood is spilled, Theadances away (Moving north 4 squares then west 3 squares), skirting behind the tree as she moves to surprise #4.

Kairouni dove forward snatching up her hatchet and a stout club swinging about at the sailor the Wise One had captured. She then moved across to support Billy, standing beside him.
Focusing on William, sailor 2 reacts late to Thea's whistle, but just about manages to knock her first thrust aside. He is not so lucky with the second, which pierces his canvas tunic and sinks into his flesh. He cries out in pain.
Meanwhile, Kairouai's whirling form spells the demise of sailor 4, who had little time to contemplate Seri's words before they became his reality. He collapses to the floor bleeding from a great gash in his skull, eyes rolled back.
Well, this sucks. Two levels of exhaustion means disadvantage on abilty checks to grabbing and pulling the weapons away from the sailor might not work.
With Thea sudden distraction of stabbing the sailor, William took his chance to add onto the damage. Some might have called it fighting dirty but in the end, the only thing that mattered was who was still standing. With his left hand he threw a quick jab to the spot where blood was seeping through the sailor's clothing and with his right he reached for whichever weapon he hoped he could take from the sailor.
I know called shots are not really a thing in 5e but could William potentially strike/punch the wound Thea just gave the sailor? Attack roll: 14 Damage: 2
Action Surge -> action: try to disarm the sailor and, if so, use free action to pick up a weapon. (Weapon determined by the DM) Question: do I use Grappling for that or Disarm as outlined in the DMG 2014 chapter 9? Grappling is an Athletics check whereas Disarming would be
Disarm
A creature can use a weapon attack to knock a weapon or another item from a target’s grasp. The attacker makes an attack roll contested by the target’s Strength (Athletics) check or Dexterity (Acrobatics) check. If the attacker wins the contest, the attack causes no damage or other ill effect, but the defender drops the item.
The attacker has disadvantage on its attack roll if the target is holding the item with two or more hands. The target has advantage on its ability check if it is larger than the attacking creature, or disadvantage if it is smaller.
Unarmed strikes are not weapons but you do make a melee weapon attack with them. It can be a bit iffy, hence I ask first.
Well... I can't use Dexterity because William does not have a finesse weapon nor is he a monk ^^' Hence why I asked about unarmed strikes: because +3 vs Athletics/Acrobatics (Disarm) is better than +3 with disadvantage vs Athletics/Acrobatics (Grapple)
Roll to disarm: 13 versus the sailor's Athletics or Acrobatics check

William's punch lands true on the wound in the sailor's side left by Thea, and his fist comes away wet with the man's blood. The sailor cries out again in pain and desperation, but that same desperation is enough for him to hold on to William's gear as he grabs and pulls at it.
Tsara, clinging to Sailor 5's back, aims an open-handed slap at the man's ear, aiming to damage his hearing, or at least cause maximum pain: Attack: 8 Damage: 2
Mitombo steps across to join his comrades and punches the sailor in the midriff: Attack: 18 Damage: 2
Meanwhile, sailor 3, tussling with Billy, tries to cosh the taller man on the side of the head: Attack: 13 Damage: 5
Tsara's slap misses its mark, glancing off the sailor's head ineffectually, but Mitombo's punch lands true, drawing an 'oof' from the sailor.
Billy is rocked by a club to the head, but holds on to his quarry.
That's the bottom of Round 1. I'll go straight to the top of Round 2 now, with sailor 2 (given that sailor 1 is dead).
Round 2:
21: Sailor 2
20: Seri
20: Sailor 5
17: Billy
17: Herim
13: Thea
12: Kai
9: William
9: Tsara
7: Mitombo
3: Sailor 3
Sailor 2, the only surviving member of his group who is not grappled, drops William's gear on the ground, disengages, and runs as fast as he can to the East, following the direction that Belua had disappeared in a few minutes earlier. He is holding the wound in his side and stumbling as he runs.
Trusting that her allies have the grappled sailors taken care of, Seri trots after the fleeing Sailor (2), east, southeast and east.
"Trondro's judgement is not so easily escaped, cowardly one," she intones to his retreating back. "Running before the coming tsunami avails you not."
Seri lashes out once more with spiked strands of oceanic foliage, though her aim is less true this time, becoming entangled with the limbs of earth-bound plants. At her call, the ocean breeze then once more Telekinetically Shoves the Sailor (2) back west, pulling him towards her.
"Thea, your blades are called upon once more to take their proper place within this one's throat."
Movement: E-->E-->SE-->SE-- (action/bonus action) -->E-->E (attempting to finish in melee range of Sailor 2 if she can reach his final position). Action: Thorn Whip to hit Sailor 2 (melee spell attack with 30' range): 10, Damage: 4 (magical piercing) Forced Movement on hit: Sailor 2 dragged 10' west on a hit. Bonus Action: Telekinetic Shove with invisibleMage Hand. DC14 STR Save or be pulled 5' west towards Seri.
Sailor 5, beset by the three islanders, unable to move, bruised and bloodied, raises one free hand. "I yield! Understand, piztia? I give up. Stop..Ow! Stop it!"
Billy is still grappling with his opponent and seems for all the world as if he is enjoying the contest. He brings an elbow up the inside of the man's guard, again aiming for the chin. Attack: 6 Damage: 4
Herim appears not to understand the sailor's pleas for clemency, and rams his knee into the man's groin. Attack: 7 Damage: 2
With Seri's sea kelp obstructed by the trees, the fleeing sailor manages to shrug off the effect of the sudden stiff breeze and continues running.
A sickening crack accompanies Billy's attack on his man, as lower and upper jaws come together rather more swiftly than they are designed to. Several teeth can be seen to fly through the air, as Billy bares his own in a manic grin. The sailor visibly slumps, apparently now held upright mostly by the wild-looking former castaway.
Sailor 5 manages to twist just in time to deflect Herim's knee with his thigh and avoid any serious impact.
Thea stops as she runs, and looks back at her eloquent friend, a bit confused. Nevertheless, she calls out to her companion above the din of battle "I think that means kill him." her expression turns up in a fearsome grin as she whispers the next part to herself "Gladly." She then springs into action, ready to end this fight.
She spins on her heel, and begins to spring towards the fleeing sailor. He wouldn't get away. Well, his soul would get away to the afterlife, or some other hooby-dooby crap like that, but Theadoesn't believe in that stuff. She believes in a few things, and religion is surely not one of them.
Her blades twirl as she runs forward to catch the sailor, her knives twirling thistirly as they seem to move with a mind of her own, pressing her forward toward the chance of more bloodshed. She dashes and dodges forward, avoiding flying arrows and thorny vines, until she reaches the sailor just as he tumbles slightly from Seri's strange magical power.
Her weapons shoot forward, attempting to scythe into the sailor's neck, and prevent his escape into the jungle. Her strikes are quick and precise, the dual nature of them catching the sailor off guard.
Notes
Gonna move 4 squares southeast, then 4 squares east (I have 40ft speed from the mobile feat), then, I'll make two dagger attacks, one with my action and the other with my bonus action.
Thea's Action Dagger Attack VS. Sailor #2: 15 to hit. Hit: 8 Piercing damage
Thea's Bonus Action Dagger Attack VS. Sailor #2: 17 to hit. Hit: 4 Piercing damage

Kairouni comes around the grappled sailor, she balks slightly at attacking a restrained for but the thought of her people in chains quashes that momentary weakness. She hews in with hatchet and club.
William spotted his gear on the floor and wasted no second. He lunged for the pile of weaponry and scooped up his bow in one hand and a couple of arrows in the other. His motion brought him up to Seri. He turned around, back towards the sea-elf woman, nocked an arrow and haphazardly aimed at the sailor straight in front of him.
'We better make it quick before they send in reinforcements.'He said to Seri as he let the arrow fly.
Movement: go over to square left of Seri Free action: pick up weapons Action: attack sailor 3 with longbow: - Attack roll: 15 - Damage roll: 11
Thea closes with the fleeing sailor in the blink of an eye, and her knives do their work. The man's body slumps to the ground, his blood pouring from his multiple wounds and mingling with the leaves and dirt.
Kairouani dispatches her man with the same brutal efficiency, leaving Billy holding a limp corpse. He drops it unceremoniously on the floor and grins at the huntress.
William, defying his exhaustion, sweeps up his bow and turns to find his target. He looses at the nearest sailor just as Billy drops his corpse to the floor. The arrow flies through the space so recently occupied by the man's head, misses Tsara's ear by a hair's breadth, and buries itself in the skull of sailor 5, who goes down like a sack of grain dropped from a height. Tsara falls with him and rolls free, coming up in a fighting stance looking for the next foe.
As silence settles over the scene of the fight, all three islanders, and Billy, turn towards William with incredulous looks. Tsara raises his hand to his ear, belatedly realising just how close the arrow had come to his own head.
All five sailors are dead and you are now out of initiative order.
Kairouni span around towards the foreigners, noting how well all aquitted themselves " How many more sailors? Any chances some will flee or surrender?"
She began to move after those who had departed....
Seri gazes around at the carnage, face thoughtful.
"Well fought. For their wanton defilement of the liberty Trondro provides for all within His wide horizons, drowning in shallow water would have been a more befitting demise. Death in battle was far too honorable an end for these sailors, yet it is was their fate nonetheless." She turns to her companions.
To Kairouani and William, she answers, "The slaver Belua brought only these five sailors with him, along with his two Veridian soldiers and renegade islander who sneered at us. Belua seems to have made haste back to his ship with those other three. I am certain we will find other sailors there, and perhaps other soldiers. Yet the message he received just now seemed to vex him. Perhaps Trondro has provided a distraction for us to take advantage of. Let us proceed with stealth. May Trondro's restless waters fill their lungs to bursting so their bodies float serenely on the hungry tide 'ere sunset."
Thea spins on her heel, cackling with delight. She turns her gaze to the soldier William is fighting (#2), and whistles, trying to distract the warrior. As the warrior turns to look, he finds that Thea is suddenly in his face (Moving south one square) as she sinks both of her daggers into him.

Unarmed strikes are not weapons but you do make a melee weapon attack with them. It can be a bit iffy, hence I ask first.
William Brackwater: Human Fighter - The Windward Isles
Tyrgram, the Butterfly Knight: Dwarf Warlock - Secret of Greenwold
Iòlinder Corrach: Half Elf War Cleric - Allansia Adventure
Valerius Sergius Publius: Dhampir Paladin - Vae Victus
Go for Disarm, because you can use Dexterity that way. I know it states ‘weapon attack’ but I’ll allow it.
As for the called shot, I have no problem with it as a narrative device, it’s good storytelling, but it won’t do any additional damage.
Well... I can't use Dexterity because William does not have a finesse weapon nor is he a monk ^^'
Hence why I asked about unarmed strikes: because +3 vs Athletics/Acrobatics (Disarm) is better than +3 with disadvantage vs Athletics/Acrobatics (Grapple)
Roll to disarm: 13 versus the sailor's Athletics or Acrobatics check
