Bennett listens to Hatt speak and lets him ramble. After Hatt and everyone leaves he gets up, pays for his food and leaves, heading to the docks. Should I tell one of the others about what happened in the room? It could be a hazard. We will see how shit works out.
Ill take the chain shirt please. Ashley counts out and hands him 50g
The smith counts out the coin and puts it in a chest. He hands you the chain shirt. (Will take a few moments to change gear and you're out in public, so putting it in your inventory.)
You all manage to find a galleon with a snake as a figurehead, encircling itself onto the bowsprit. It is a decent sized ship with crew of varying races loading the ship with goods through the gangway. It bears no city's flags or any nation's, instead sporting a green and brown flag. The crew doesn't acknowledge you as you all approach the ship, busy with their tasks at hand. At the base of the gangway is the copper dragonborn, looking to the people passing by. Once he spots you all, he holds a claw up, "Did not think you all would be ready this soon. Are you all ready for departure?"
(Only if there's time. By the looks of things we didn't really have time to find a jeweller's unless you'd allow for Karra to know about a local crafter's guild for him to contact. His background is Clan Crafter.)

(Considering in your backstory you worked for the local guild for a while, they won't try to scam you. And you'll have time, take about as long as Hatt said his farewells to his family. Did you want to sell all of them?)
Karra would like to keep one, but not take a share of the money from selling the others. He wants to keep one to practice on in case of a long journey.

The clerk waves you off as you go, "Safe travels!" , they say as you leave the guild hall. A few of the other jewelers wave at you as you pass by, some wish for good luck or safety as well.
(I guess you wanted to keep the diamond since it was technically the biggest out of the them. And divided the gold among the party.)
Hatt stands with the others and looks over the sadly-not-snake-shaped ship. What sort of ship is it? he asks Bennett, who seems to know more about ships than the others. Can you tell where it's from just from looking at it?
Karra meets up with the others (sorry about the retro-activeness). "Hmm... Maybe. However, have money for each of you, yes?" Karra will lead the others to one side so the exchange of coin isn't so open. "Money for gems, and reward for mission, yes? Fair shares for everyone. Good method."
(OOC: DM, could you let people know how much they are receiving? Karra is sacrificing his share for the diamond.)
Hatt pockets his share of the gold, and thanks Karra. He considers whether he should have stopped by the market to pick something up, but decides there will probably be markets where they're going, so it's not a problem.
(79 gold to each member of the party except for Karra, I divided the gems' gold among 5 and the reward gold among 6. So Karra just got 17 to balance out the shares from the reward gold.)

(Just a heads up, you guys haven't divided any money. So right now Karra is the richest among you, besides the half plate Gasp has.)
How much for the Chain Shirt ?
Grianne Wildpaw: Wood Elf Druid level 12 (8W-4L)- - Coliseum of Conquest: Master of Faerie Fire. Just don't ask her to spell it.
Grianne Wildpaw: Wood Elf Druid level 6 (2W-1L)- - Coliseum Reborn : Master of a Myriad of forms.
Runt, the Stormchosen: Half-Orc barbarian level 5 -- The Guild
Tomoe Gozen: Human Fighter Samurai level 5 -- Cronero (Solo Campaign)
The man sets the items down and taps the chain shirt, "50 gold." He says then pats the studded leather, "45 gold."

(Sorry, Karra would've split the money with the others straight away. Forgot to post that :-) )
(Do you want to cash in the gems as well before I split it all among you?)

(Seems fair)

Ashley meets back up with the group at the docks. Is that our transport? pointing towards the boat.

Gasp just follows along, making low churring and clicking sounds as he meanders. He is groggy still and just keeps up with the group.
