"Let's get this match started! At the Blade's Gate, is Scalefist, a lizardfolk monk hailing from the northern tribes! He knocks, throws, and punches his way through his opponents as he fights with both hands and teeth. It is a fight, and there are no rules to fight."
Some cheering goes out along with some jeers.
"And at the Shield's Gate, is The Giant, a goliath...What the...are, are those skulls pierced to your...What in the Queen's name is this man doing."
Ah shit. Think fast. Use that charm. What charm? **** you.
"Ah!" she lies, "I had a letter I was told to hand deliver to Myra (whatever her name is). It's very personal - of religious nature - if you could tell me which door is hers, you can watch me slip it in under and i'll be on my way."
Deception: 2
Looks like I can get pu$$y, but i can con my way with a monk through a church. I'm about to just sock this guy in the face.
"I'm sorry but I cannot. Besides that point, priestess Myra is not here at the moment, she is on her pilgrimage right now. I can hand the letter to Father Marx for safe keeping though, he'll be sure deliver it upon her return."
"Most of the fighters here fight alone. There are a couple of duos but nothing more than that. And sparring is left to the gladiators and their trainers, so that choice is up to you. The only thing we're responsible for is healing, making matches official, and providing privacy to the training pavilions."
Watch, I think. It's been a busy day and I'm a little tired. Plus, Crispy and Ashley wouldn't want to miss the sparring, so perhaps we can try that tomorrow in the daytime. After all, we're not really on a tight schedule with our mission, are we?
The man turns his head and as he's about to speak, Crispy uppercuts him straight into his jaw. The blow does silence him for a short while as he checks his jaw. His lips are turning red as he swallows then says, "Please head back down, ma'am." He says once more.
"Huh!" She admits. "That should have knocked you out."
She draws her blades, and puts one to the monks neck. "Alright." she says wearily. "I wanted to do this the easy way, but no. Don't make a sound, scream, or alert anyone, and i'll slit your neck. Now, where is Myra's room, please? Thanks."
The monk shakes his head, "No ma'am. You're not allowed and that's final. Now please leave before I call for the guards."
(If you're going to try to hit him once more, it'll be at a disadvantage.)

You all manage to find a few empty seats as you look down into the arena. On one side of the arena stands a lizardfolk, wearing just his pants and wielding a quarterstaff. He looks void of any emotions as he strides to the center of the arena. On the other side is a goliath, he wears a loincloth but upon his chest is two skull pierced to his nipples. He hefts a greatsword with one hand upon his shoulder as he goes to meet with the lizardfolk, a wild grin on his face.
(You can watch if you want.)
The voice bellows out once more as horns blare.

OCC: How many guards are around? Just this one? And there's no marking on the doors as to who's rooms these are?
(Just this one and even from your position, you still don't see any markings or anything on the doors indicating who's it is.)
Bennett will look to Gasp and Hatt, "Would you guys like to watch that match or maybe spar?"
He turns back and asks, "Would we spar as a team or against each other?"
((Sorry about my lack of posts. Just celebrated my 21st birthday, so I spent time with my family on top of work lmao))

(nw and happy birthday to you!)
Is there anyone else around? If I knock this mofo out, would anyone else see?
(Nope, most of them are busy with their duties. And heads up, you'll have advantage on your attack since he's not expecting it.)

Bennett nods, "You got a strong point, Hatt. We will just watch then! Let's go!"
He puts down 5 silver pieces on the help counter, "Thank you, sir!"

"Alright, fair enough. But..what the hell is THAT!?!" Crispy says, pointing the other direction.

Spending a luck point because I can't roll well worth a shit unless it's me kicking Bennett's chair from under him with a nat20 during a food fight.

ROFL!!!! That's better.

Hatt is hungry and immediately tries to find a food vendor.
Welp, I gave him a chance. I slit his throat. Ashley, go check the doors I have a body to dispose of.
