Erix suggests to have a good rest first, and talk to the sargeant in the morning. She, herself, will most likely be resting anyway as well.

Elero votes for at least a short rest, if not a long one, because it doesn't seem as though talking to the next person is urgent. But if the party votes to keep going, he'll just cast Cure Wounds on himself and go with them.
“I am fine with being the messenger, no need to be one big group. I will meet you all at the tavern in the morning.” Mark will want to get equipment from his home and close everything up that night after talking with the Sergent.
You head back to the Central Plateau and speak with Vilroy, who is very much still awake. "So Coal left town, that's a shame, although it seems you've gotten your next assignment." She looks at Erix. "It might be better if you go instead if me, you may have an easier time getting into a Dragonmarked house." She takes a smoke of her pipe. "Besides, i've got a lot on at the moment, better for this messenger stuff to be handles by y'all." She goes back into her office if there's nothing else you want to ask her.
You all head to Ghallanda Hall for the night, in Middle Dura. This proud Ghallanda enclave continues to operate amid the fading squalor ofMiddle Dura, and has become a tourist attraction. It offers a range of services, with food and lodging of poor to comfortable quality. The room Vilroy organised for you is a six person with three bunks. Obviously Mark isn't with you but if he was you'd all still fit. It's kind of like a dorm room. Take a Long Rest now.
You wake up in the morning refreshed and ready to take on the new day. If no one else has any other morning plans, i assume you all head to Mithril Tower bound for Alden d'Orien's Unicorn Estate.
After breakfast and when Mark gets to the hall Erix wonders
"would it be best to immediately go to the estate, or do you guys think it's better to get some extra insights first into what kind of man Orien is. I know what their house does, but haven't met the man."

Headfirst, Kit laps at a bowl of oats. He raises his head to say “That Razor, he had a job with Alden right? And now Razor is gone…? Maybe there’s a position vacant?…Either way, they do sound dangerous” he continues eating his slop.
Mark comes in where more pedestrian clothes but he will still have his leathers under his clothing. "I am ready to start the day, we are a large group so it might be better to position ourselves as mercenaries looking for decent work and Orion is the man to give those jobs."
Mark arrives like the shadow he is and scares the pants off Kit “reeowww” who jumps, bumps his bowl of oats now dripping down his furry face and whiskers. “F@ck, Mark, why you gotta sneak up on me like that.”
When you all arrive in Mithrial Tower, most of you are blown away by the opulence. Many of the grand homes in MithraI Tower are true to the district's name, boasting mithral filigree. The Sharn Watch seems to be everywhere in this neighborhood full of busy scions climbing into skycoaches, hosting opulent parties, and showing off their latest purchases at all hours of the day.
Unicorn Estate has a grand unicorn statue and unicorn-shaped topiaries adorning the yard beyond an open, wrought-iron gate. Flanking this gate are two guards in House Orien livery. Each wears a beautiful helm shaped like the head of a unicorn. The magnificent marble home is clearly owned by one oft he city's wealthiest dragonmarked families.
The guards at the gate seem reluctant to let you in, but when you state your business a voice yells out to let you in. Seated on a patio couch are two figures who were engaged in quiet conversation: a haggard man in his late thirties and an attentive kalashtar who holds a rose-colored crystal in his hands. Two more guards dressed like the ones at the gates stand nearby. As you enter the estate, an illusion of a unicorn appears and brays loudly, announcing your presence. The haggard man waves the unicorn away and addresses you all while the kalashtar watches on, writing in what some of you recognise as a spellshard . "You say you come as mercenaries looking for a job? How did you know we needed such help?" he inquires.
Mark will clear his throat and a sly smile, "We just heard around town that you pay good, so the Gods must be looking favorable on you. So what can we do for you, fine folks?"
Alden d'Orien burries his head in his hands. "My son, Caden, he's been taken. I don't know what i'm going to do, what do i do?" He looks at the kalashtar, who nods for him to go on. "I put him to bed one night, then the next morning he was gone. The next day a great half-ogre came to see me and threatened to kill Caden if i didn't supply exbendable labour for goods, as well as the transportation of those goods." He looks at the kalashtar. "Vishtai will fill you in on the details, i just want this over and my son back." He weeps and gets up to walk away. The Kalashtar looks at you expectantly.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Erix listens carefully to what Alden says wondering if he is telling the complete truth, but letting others do the talking for now.

Centurion is also for going to the Sergeant. If something happens then at least the Sergeant will have one more point of reference.

Ok, so that's 2 votes for Sergeant Vilroy and 1 for Ghallanda Hall. I'll wait for a consensus before continuing with the story.
Kit agrees with Erix. "It’s time for a catnap.” He lets out an extended yawn. “But we don’t all need to go.“
Sorry that’s a good point. I assumed you would all stay together but could also split up.

One hour and we can all go together.
You can all take a Short Rest.
