Action: Cast Faerie Fire on the best 20' Cube of Goblins without hitting any of our party, if they don't move it'll be the 4 at the back. Spell Save DC12 Dex Save. Any attack roll against an affected creature or object has advantage if the attacker can see it, and the affected creature or object can't benefit from being invisible.
Bix initiative roll 15, if she has a shot she'll level her crossbow on one and fire, 7 to hit for 8 pts of damage. If not clear shot then she'll wait for a lane to open.
Ragdor - bonus action - Bones to G1 and swing like you've got some meat on ya! He will then touch Xanth and cast cure wounds bathing the warrior in glowing light and healing him for 9 points
BIX takes aim, shoots, and kills the first of the filthy little monsters.
Seeing the Drow Rogue take out the one he was aiming at, GLYNT fires at the next one in line. The second filthy little monster falls.
ERKY waits for the Barbarian.
Then XANTH, with his Glaive, thrusts at the one beyond the door. Third filthy little monster dies.
ERKY then moves to the door and fires a Ray of Frost at the first of the remaining GOBLINs, but the cold falls harmlessly on the mushrooms. And he really likes mushrooms too.
RAGDOR seeing the big Barbarian take the brunt of the attacks, touches XANTH and provides some healing.
(BONES can do something else since she no longer had a target. The remaining GOBLIN archers will continue with another wave of arrows. BONES should be able to move and reach the third GOBLIN archer. Go ahead with an attack on it if you want the Skeleton to go on in and engage. Use theskeletons stat block with AC 14 for the Goblin Shield.)
(I will wait to see what the Skeleton does as it could dictate what the Goblins do to start Round Two.)

Then as if they are following the arrows, three other GOBLINS rush to and through the door attacking as if their life depends on it.

And in typical GOBLIN fashion, the three remaining drop their bows, draw their scimitars, and attack BONES.
