((We can use it as a plot point. I was just making sure that is what you intended. However as I don’t want to hinder your ability to travel I will be soft in judging the 6))
((Oh okay cool. I wasn't sure if you wanted or not. I've never really played DnD before so I'm just judging from another game I'm in if we needed it. But yeah I was disappointed with the 6 that was real unfortunate :/ thanks for not making it so bad because it would be cool to just get to Gorthax territory... maybe we crash right in ahaha REAL STEALTHY))

You both board the small vessel. Balen with the aid of Tildrash pushes it off the shore. Balen begins to paddle but feels a tug back against his attempts to move forward. Looking back you can see that the canoe is still tied to a nearby tree, preventing the canoe from moving past the length of the rope.
"Oh no! Whoops." Balen looked back at Tildrash before getting out of the boat. "Uh... forgot to, um, untie it." He felt so silly and could feel (assumed) the judgmental look on Tildrash's face beaming down on him from behind. He soon fixed the rope and unhooked the canoe from the tree, said "Now I think we're ready," and climbed back onboard.
Begrudgingly, he announced, "Maybe you should take the lead on directions... I'm not very sure where we're going."

Tildrash looked to Balen as he began untying the rope from the tree, and with the vivid aura of embarrasment he couldn't help but feel sympathetic for the poor changeling.
Tildrash looked out to the impending sea, searching for any sign of a safe passageway to their next destination, but realized he could search no better. (This part is for if Fungus is still here: He turned to Fungus, "Do you have any map or a trail we might be able to follow?")
((Fungus is not there but he did say that Sandhill is to the Southeast and at the Southeast end of the lake there is a river that flows out which Fungus had said that you could travel down for a while before needing to go by foot))
As you watch the edge of the sea, out on the water you glimpse something. Soon, it moves closer to you and you begin to realize it is a small raft, upon which sits a very nervous tiefling. He paddles vigorously, looking over his shoulder and seems exhausted. As he reaches the shore, he crawls out of his boat and collapses, exhausted. He is wearing a backpack, and at his side is strapped a scimitar and a short sword. On his back are two hand axes, and he seems not to notice your boat.

Balen squinted up ahead as he watched the water, trying to figure out where to go. As the water ebbed and flowed what was strange was a figure off in the distance. Was that... a raft? "Hold up," He announced to Tildrash, getting out the canoe once more, almost tripping on the rim of the boat in his haste. "Wait, there's somebody..."
He motioned for Tildrash to follow before stopped short of the newcomer, "Do you think... He's not from Gorthax, right? I mean, I wouldn't know if you know, but did you know of anybody in your old clan? Does he look like any of them? Should... should we help him?"

Tildrash looks to Balen, “I believe the clan is purely dragonborn, but it has been a while since my father left them. Nonetheless, it would likely be best if we helpt this man, he obviously seems preoccupied about something.”
Tildrash stands up. Walking to the man, he attempts to get his attention. “Excuse me sir, you’ll have to excuse me. I saw you coming from the sea and I was just wondering if you were in any sort of trouble, we’d be happy to help.”
As you approach the tiefling, he rolls away from you, attempting to get to his feet, but failing. Staying on his knees, he attempted to draw his sword but clearly didn't have the strength. "Water....Please...." He rasps, before collapsing facedown in the dirt.
"Oh just dragonborn?" He repeated. Hmm, that did make sense, given afterall that Tildrash was a dragonborn. Balen eyed the tiefling carefully, but agreed with Tildrash without saying. He followed the dragonborn up to this strange new man, curious. He backed a step in disgust when the tiefling got up and then fell down. The sand went everywhere and he didn't like that.
He didn't know why that was his first instinct or why he felt repulsed to see someone in need, so the guilt from that action prompted him to look around for some water. 'No, not from the sea.' He knew better than trying to give him the saltwater. He then reached into his bag to grab some water which he carried in a flask.
Balen kneeled down and attempted to pick up the tiefling from the ground with a grunt. "Oof! Come on, let's get you up."
"He- here, got some water for you." He said warily with eyes squinting as he attempted to hand him the water flask, "You okay, man?"

Watching the man try to threaten TIldrash with his sword, he backed away. He watched as Balen stumbled to the man, trying to discern what the man might be thinking (I’m going to roll for Insight to see if I can watch how the man reacts to my presence: 10).
Balen realized that the man was unconscious. "Oh whoops." He called out to Tildrash while trying to move the body, "I don't think he's lookin' too good. Not dead... but certainly not doing well either."
"Should we move him?" He sighed, "We can also bring him back to the doctor-barber guy. Better than letting the high tide get to him? What ya think?"
