The Eaters are roughly 30ft from the The Drowning Cat at the moment. Alsen will snap out of his fixation on The Horror and respond, "Lestheris, Mycete, and Jagar are all spellcasters: Wizard, Druid, and Cleric respectively. Halorin and The Horror act as melee fighters, but you need to understand they don't need range to attack us from afar. They will summon more undead to fight us and keep us away from their backline spellcasters. That's how they got the best of The Golden Valor."
Lestheris sighs, "So they choose to die like dogs, it's for the best I suppose. The dead are so much easier to control than the living. Death will make you see things my way. Do not fight its embrace." She opens her arms and The Eaters fan out, coming for you in the Inn of the Drowning Cat. Initiative:
Group 1: Thelanis
Group 2: Mycette, Jagar
Group 3: Draíocht, Valar
Group 4: Halorin, The Horror, Lestheris
Group 5: Amiz
Thelanis is up. The Eaters move towards the Inn, looking for more minions in their grotesque undead cadre.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Thelanis throws an Eldritch Blast at The Horror from one of the windows, causing 7 Force Damage.
Mycette and Jagar move to the front of the Inn and nod to each other, Mycette raises her hands as Jagar holds onto his amulet. Three zombies rise up from the ground behind the Inn coloured in Mycettes amber mold, while Jagar swipes out with his paw, which causes a ghostly facsimili of his paw to appear in the Inn and swipe at Amiz before disappearing. The Zombie's stumble into the Inn from the rear and attack Draíocht as she says "Yellow is such a beautiful color, don’t you think? So many wonderful, life-giving things are that vibrant shade–pollen, the sun, and my Amber Decay. The world looks better in yellow."
Jagar Necrotic Reach against Amiz Attack: 12 Damage: 8 Necrotic and the next attack against Amiz before the end of Jagar's turn has Advantage.
Rotting Zombies Slam against Draíocht Attack: 19 Damage: 3
Draíocht and Valar are up. Jagar and Mycette have started the assault on the Inn with the rest of The Eaters not far behind.
Though the blow from the zombie isn't much the surprise causes Draíocht to lose his concentration of pass without trace.
CON Save: 1+1 = 2 vs DC 10
He ignores Mycette's remarks. Turning to Valar, Amiz, and Alsen, he asks, "Think you can handle these zombies while Thelanis and I work on the Eaters?"
Movement: if needed to let the others get in at zombies, he'll move away (accepting the opportunity attack) to make room. But also wants to keep clear path to the door for the melees.
He then holds up his staff and utters a druidic prayer. "By Sehanine's light we rebuke thee!"

As Jagar and Mycette have moved, the Moonbeam can either be aimed at them or at the others. I'll assume your still going for them but let me know if you want me to recalculate:
Jagar Con Save: 6
Mycette Con Save: 10
Valar seems to fell one of the zombies, but it rises again. Seemingly the non-radiant damage of his sword doesn't kill the zombie immediately.

Lestheris snorts, "You two truly are incompetent. Jagar! Get some more bones in there! Halorin will show you how to command them properly! Send The Horror round the back."
Jagar's Amulet shines again and The Eaters use their first Villian Action, Bulwark of Bones. Jagar is able to reaminate the skeletons he sent at you before. One in the pit and two in front of you. They all take a swipe at Amiz. Halorin and The Horror follow orders, with Halorin backing up the skeletons and The Horror loping up around the back of the Inn of the Drowning Cat. Lestheris herself steps forward and reaches out her hands at Draíocht, two specteral apparitions appear in front of him and grasp at his neck.
Skeletons Bone Dagger against Amiz Attack: 7 Damage: 3 Piercing
Halorin simply stands behind the skeletons and smiles, taking the Dodge action as he whispers, "I gave my life for Lestheris. She gave it back to me–plus a little something more. Your corpse will be mine to command." The skeletons and zombies around Halorin emit a strange chance in energy now, It will be harder to break their morale.
Lestheris Grave Grasp 1 against Draíocht Attack: 25 Damage: 6 Necrotic, and he can't regain HP for the rest of the turn.
Lestheris Grave Grasp 2 against Draíocht Attack: 17 Damage: 11 Necrotic, and he can't regain HP for the rest of the turn.
Amiz and Thelanis are up. You're packed in tight with a bunch of Undead, while The Eaters stand outside the Inn mocking you and throwing spells.
Amiz' axe takes out the zombie that Valar hit before, clearly it takes a couple hits from non-divine energy.
Thelanis throws an Eldritch Blast at Halorin but misses.
At the end of Thelanis' turn is the start of a new round. At this point The Eaters use their second Villian Action. Halorin points and shouts orders at the undead around him, who all act immidiately. They are able to all take a free movement without provoking opportunity attacks. They all rush in around you, leaving room for him to attack later.
Jagar and Mycette look at each other and smile, each stepping out of the Moonbeam, clearly convinced this is going their way. (I think they were supposed to take the damage at the start of their turn but I already rolled their saves and calculated it earlier.) Jagar throws another Necrotic Lance at Draíocht
Necrotic Lance against Draíocht Attack: 14 Damage: 11 Necrotic, and the next attack against him has Advantage.

Mycette will frown at Jagar for that miss. "Shows what your dark god can do i suppose... absolutely nothing. It is through a symbiotic connection with nature that we will make the most of our undeaed horde." She then throws some of her Parasitic Spores at Draíocht:
Parasitic Spores against Draíocht Attack: 18 Damage: 2 Necrotic, and Mycette will gain 1 HP.
Alsen then casts Sacred Flame at one of the Skeletons, who makes a DC 13 DEX Save: 15 taking 13 Radiant Damage on a fail.

Valar nods about the Zombies, (Are the Zombies outside or in the entrance?)
The zombies are coming from the north.

(Oh and I would say that Shillelagh would still be up.)
And he unleashes his Divine Eminance. Expending a Spell Slot to do an additional 8 Radiant damage, ending the Zombie's undead life immidiately.
"Leave the minions to me" he says with a renewed confidance, "You just deal with The Eaters!"

The skeleton explodes as Valar exclaims, "Stay strong my friends. We will prevail if we keep our faith!"
