Ezrer withdraws as everyone begins to eat and pulls out a large tome and begins poring over it. 

Morn: he begins to recount his experience…

”Well, so my two companions and I were from Balenpost, a Cerberus Assembly outpost here in Eiselcross. We were on an expedition to recover relics from the Aeor crash site, but as soon as we entered one of the ruins, we were swarmed by an ungodly hoard of monsters, such as undead, like zombies, undead snakes, oh and there was also a wight. There were also numerous animated objects, like knives, swords, suits of armour, and even a rug. There was also a flesh golem, several ice mephits, and also a few giant aquatic beasts that must of found their way in from under the ice. Anyway, my companions were slaughtered with seconds, I only made it out because of the combined effects the spells greater invisibility, misty step, and fly. We were bombarded so immediately that we get the chance to find any Aeorian items.” I says, his voice somber. 

Jahn would eat some rations as they listen to the tale, taking-in all the monsters and creatures named.  Huddled near the fire and bedroll for warmth. 

So, unless there is anything else you would like to do while he’s with you, Morn tells you his tale, has some food, and leaves. You continue to walk for about 4 more hours, before it starts to get dark. What would you like to do?

 I don’t understand what you mean by that, could you please re-read the previous message I just posted and realise how this could be confusing and then elaborate on what you want to do. 

(My bad.  I got it now.  I guess Jahn would just rest and wait until tomorrow.  They would get the first watch or the last watch, since there would be some natural light in dusk or dawn)

Just for future reference, Ezrer, you can take two watches, because of your ‘Deathless Nature”, but they have to be consecutive. 

Boil will take a watch whenever is needed, and quietly sings goblin songs to himself.

Boil is used to taking watch and he plays a game where he pretends to stab into the shadows to keep himself sharp and ready to rumble.

 Oh wait, because of deathless nature, you can keep watch the entire night, but you spend either the first watch or the third watch “in an inactive, motionless state, during you retain your consciousness”.

So I would ask you to make two more perception checks for the second and third watches. 

In any case, during the first watch, with Jahn and Ezrer keeping watch…
