Once Dav'eed makes his move, the bright light of the Guiding Bolt gives Huttmoff the fortitude to throw himself completely into battle mode. He is going to charge up into the Trogs as quickly as he can, attempting to close the distance into melee range. However, he is clearly not close enough to get in range, so he will move 30 feet, and then use his Channel Divinity: Twilight Sanctuary. An illuminated aura suddenly erupts from around Huttmoff, filling dim light in a 30-foot radius around him. I select each of the members of my party to benefit from the aura. So each turn you can gain temp HP or end a Charmed/Frightened effect.
At the end of Huttmoff's turn, he will gain 7 temp HP
Channel Divinity: Twilight Sanctuary
As an action, you present your holy symbol, and a sphere of twilight emanates from you. The sphere is centered on you, has a 30-ft. radius, and is filled with dim light. The sphere moves with you, and it lasts for 1 minute or until you are incapacitated or die. Whenever a creature (including you) ends its turn in the sphere, you can grant that creature one of these benefits:
- You grant it 1d6+2 temporary hit points.
- You end one effect on it causing it to be charmed or frightened.
With the battle commencing, Zelaerys, his deep blue eyes blazing with determination, moves closer to Dav'eed, positioning himself in the center of the group. The air is thick with tension after a fiendish troglodyte was born from the ritual. Zelaerys raises his amulet, the symbol of Yondalla, high above his head. His voice, filled with fervor and faith, rings out clearly amid the ensuing chaos. "Great Mother Yondalla, bless us in this undertaking! Grant us your strength and protection. Guide our hands and shield us from harm. Let your light shine upon us and drive back the darkness. Yondalla, be with us now!" As he calls upon Yondalla, a warm, golden light emanates from his amulet, enveloping Dav'eed, Huttmoff and Hilke. The divine energy infuses them with renewed vigor and courage, bolstering their resolve to press forward in the battle. With a final glance at Dav'eed, Zelaerys calls out, his voice urgent and commanding, "Dav'eed, now! Strike the shaman before it escapes!"
Action: cast Bless on Dav'eed, Huttmoff and Hilke Free: Voice of Authority (Dav'eed may attack the shaman with his reaction, potentially using the advantage granted by Guiding Bolt?)
Voice of Authority 1st-level Order Domain feature
You can invoke the power of law to embolden an ally to attack. If you cast a spell with a spell slot of 1st level or higher and target an ally with the spell, that ally can use their reaction immediately after the spell to make one weapon attack against a creature of your choice that you can see.
If the spell targets more than one ally, you choose the ally who can make the attack.
(As a remainder, everyone has 5 temporary HP from Zelaerys' earlier pep talk by way of the Inspiring Leader feat.)

Hilke advances forward, much like Huttmoff. As she moves, she grabs another javelin, hurling it towards the shaman. (Move 30'; would change target to the Fiendish Trog if the Shaman is down.)
The rogue finds himself face to face with the shaman, clearly hurting but not dead yet. He resolves to rectify that, waiting a moment for his companions to join him and distract the thing before striking with his rapier in an unprotected area of its body. (Attack w/bless: 27 Sneak attack damage: 7 Like Hilke, if the shaman is already down, the strike will go at the Fiendish Trog.)
The rogue then feels a compulsion to strike again - almost as if his body went into automatic mode, muscle memory from his training over the years kicking in. He strikes a second time - a quick stabbing motion. (Reaction from Voice of Authority - Attack w/bless:19 Sneak attack damage: 10)"Your evil shall not be allowed to remain here!"
The Shaman didn't stand a chance, dead before it could even react. The three of you leap from the water, following Dav'eed into the fray. The boon of your gods grant power and vitality to the group. Hilke pulls another javelin, launching it at the ritualist, another solid hit. The javelin spins the Shaman, before it can get its balance Dav'eed cuts it open.
The Fiendish trog charges, the females leaping with claws and teeth to ravage the intruders. Zalaerys barks a command at Dav'eed, he reacts by thrusting the thin point of his blade into the rushing fiend. The tip catches, the blade nearly snapping as it bows severely. Caught in the tougher hide of the savage beast the blade suddenly flexes, slipping from the scale and leaving a bloody green line of dripping ichor.
The female Trogs lob the eggs into the deep pool of water and turn snarling. Mothers defending their unborn children they rush at your group. Tails waving behind the creatures they move with incredible speed, their stench catching in your sinuses. One of them, quick enough to claw at Hutmoff, its talons slashing at his midriff.
Dav'eed finds himself not surrounded by companions as he wished. His foes have taken advantage, the closest females step in, encircled he faces a greater threat, his rapier caught the Fiendish Trog but didn't even slow it down. As the Rapier snaps to the side, it ignores the wound and leaps. Its great jaw snapping to take the Half-elf's head. The Infernal Reptile twists as it lands, claws digging in under Dav'eeds ribs.

He moves up so he is next to Dav'eed (accepting an opportunity attack), trying to position himself so that the Fiendish Trog is right next to him, but one of the other Trogs is within 5 feet as well.
He plants his feet squarely, holding forth his reliquary and shouts "the Dawn breaks!" and casts Word of Radiance. Each enemy within 5 feet of Huttmoff must make a CON 12 save or take 4 radiant damage.
Zelaerys steps through the gap between the females to bring a little bit of distance between him and Huttmoff, forcing the troglodytes to divide their attention. While he is in between them, he summons spectral blades on either side with which he attempts to cut through them if they are not careful and step aside in time.

Still back a short way, Hilke can just barely smell the horrible stench from these creatures. As Zelarys and Huttmoff move, she steps forward drawing her warhammer. She looks to engage the female troglodyte furthest to the south. (Warhammer Attack: 17, Damage: 5)
(OOC - If Hilke was within 5 ft. of a troglodyte:)
I presumed that Hilke was not within 5 ft to start her turn. If she was, the CON Save was 11. Attack roll changes to 5 with Disadvantage.
Dav'eed easily dodges the leaping bite of the fiendish trog, but is caught by its claw as he swirls around to the left. Luckily, the boons of his partners prevent him from even feeling the pain! He uses Hutmoff's presence to aid his attack, stabbing at the foul monster again. (Blessed attack: 26 Sneak attack damage: 10piercing)
The rogue moves to stay inside the sphere of dimness around Zelaerys, feeling the comforting embrace of the night wrap around him... (3 Temp +5 temp from earlier pep talk!)
Huttmoff rushes forward to Dav'eeds aid, the females take the opportunity to swipe with vicious claws at the goliath as he passes. One of them manages to catch the Cleric, the talons catching in the chain and drawing blood (Attack 23 damage 5). Releasing a flood of divine power the radiance quicklly floods the area but fades just as fast, leaving the Trogs untouched, unfazed by the powerful word.
Zalaerys shifts, ducking between the two distracted females, a burst of daggers appear and circle around him. Wounds appear on one of them, blood seeping from a dozen small knicks, the other manages to dodge the attack. Bleeding already from the burst of swords, Hilke smashes it under the jaw. The female is hurt but fights on against the raiders, against the intruders of the nursery.
Dav'eed pressed on all sides is joined by the reassuring presence of the Goliath, enough distraction to sink his Rapier in to the fiendish Troglodyte it hollers in pain, more determined now to remove the pain, the pest that is the Half-elf.

The rogue moves like a willow tree in the wind, twisting and turning in a gale. His entire body is part of this dance of death, a graceful ballet captured in shadow by the campfire's light against the dark cavern walls. The inside of his cloak shimmers as he spins, revealing its silvery inside. It’s as if he is whispering secrets to the wind, sharing stories of resilience and adaptability. Channeling his resolve, he draws on his inner strength, pushing past the pain with sheer determination amplified by Huttmoff's soothing twilight zone. Drawing upon his faith in Yondalla, Zelaerys raises his hands, summoning divine energy. A shimmering halo of ethereal swords forms around him, spinning and glinting with celestial light.

"The light shall chase out the dark!" Huttmoff shouts to Dav'eed as they work together to try and bring down the Fiendish Trog. He brings all his fury down in one massive swipe with this mace, trying to hit the Fiendish Trog: Attack: 9 Damage: 4 (included Bless).

Hilke strikes at the Female before him, she easily ducks aside, lashing out at the Human woman with knife like claws and sharp teeth. Gnashing she attempts to get past his defenses to sink her teeth into soft flesh. A swirl of daggers slam into her, it knocks the wind from her lungs but not the fight as she becomes even more desperate. Fighting with the last of her life she presses Hilke to drive her back.
Zalaerys, shards of black force like a cloud of daggers dig into the two Females reptiles. The one in front of him grimaces in pain. A few small wounds weep blood but not enough to slow her down. The Trog pours all her anger and fear into the attack, lashing at the shorter Halfling with both of her claws.
Dav'eed dances between the Troglodytes, his Rapier dancing and flashing back and forth. It clicks off lashing claws, pokes at the rough scales of the beasts and finally dives towards the Fiends under arm, a spot that looks less armored than the tougher red tinged hide. Not enough for the blade to pierce it slides along scales leaving no mark of the attack.
Huttmoff begins to wretch, the taste of vomit burning at the back of his throat. The Stench is overwhelming causing his eyes to water, his nostrils to flare. He tries to distract the Fiend with his mace. It slams into the wide back of the creature but its tough hide takes the blow with no effect.
The Female trog between Zalaerys and Hilke is hunched and bleeding out, she doesn't have much life left but still pours it all into a last desperate attack against Hilke, the Lizards claws slashing desperately.
Zalaerys knows that the dim twilight shroud emanating from Huttmoff is keeping him up and fighting on. Flanked on either side he hopes Hilke can hold her own, he has all he can handle in the vicious retile mother before him. She tries to step in and overwhelm the shorter man. Her breath stinks of rot, her body reeks from an oily stench.

Dav'eed tries desperately to continue dancing out of his attackers' swipes, but his waterlogged armor isn't fitting as well as it should, so one of the female's and both of the fiendish trog's claws tear into his exposed flesh, ripping through arteries and dropping the poor half-elf on the ground, bleeding out! If the fiendish trog does take a bite out of the rogue, he will be so much closer to crossing over into the earth mother's eternal embrace. (taking additional damage after already dropping below 0hp counts as two death save failures...)
Wasn't sure how you were going to read that. It was 5 separate attacks that caused 35 hp damage. Pretty brutal. I consider it all happening at the same time so there is no additional 'Death failure'. Since they are separate attacks there is no system shock roll either.
Just roll a normal death save.

The inside of his cloak shimmers as he spins, revealing its silvery inside. It’s as if he is whispering secrets to the wind, sharing stories of resilience and adaptability. He disengages from the females around him (Bonus action: Cunning Action) and moves to the other side of the fiend, attacking it on all sides as he twirls! (Blessed Attack: 11 Sneak attack damage: 11. Twilight Sanctuary Temp HP: 8)
"No worries, Hilke! These things don't stand a chance against our unified might!" Dav'eed calls back.

Zelaerys takes a hit, the impact jarring him and leaving a sharp pain radiating through his body. Despite the wound, he grits his teeth and focuses on his divine purpose.

Huttmoff feels like he has just blinked and the entire battlefield has shifted. He is focused on defending himself from four attacks from the female Trogs, which exactly remove his temp HP. He shakes off all the chaos, focusing instead of what is right in front of him.
Twilight Sanctuary Temp HP: 8
Did I miss the Stench roll for Huttmoff? If you rolled but did not post please do so...Other wise Con Save DC 12 :22 +Bless: 2
Female Trog Dex Save DC 13 Vs Zalaerys sword burst: 19
Female Trog Dex Save DC 13 Vs Zalaerys sword burst: 17

Female Trog Bite attack against Zalaerys: Attack: 5 Damage: 5
Female Trog Claw attack against Zalaerys: Attack: 20 Damage: 5
Huttmoff wipes the bile from his lips, his eyes swimming there appears to be even more Troglodytes then before, two fiends and four Females battling him and Dav'eed. His head dizzy and swimming it is hard to focus on the Lizard before him. Thankfully the Fiend has its back to th large Goliath.
Female Trog Bite attack against Huttmoff (with advantage due to Stench): Attack: 22 Damage: 5
Female Trog Claw attack against Huttmoff (with advantage due to Stench): Attack: 22 Damage: 4
Dav'eed is fast, lithe, agile, and also perhaps a little lucky. The Fiend has been kept at bay but it is only a matter of time. The Female Troglodytes are desperate to end this fight and fight with every fiber of their being. Without the Twilight boon this could swing the wrong way very quickly. The Fiend changes tactics, both claws reach out to rend and grab ahold of the dancing Half-elf. To bring prevent him from dodging away, to bring it in close and tear him apart.

Huttmoff must roll a new save versus Stench at the Beginning of his turn DC 12 Con save.
Initiative
Dav'eed tries desperately to continue dancing out of his attackers' swipes, but his waterlogged armor isn't fitting as well as it should, so one of the female's and both of the fiendish trog's claws tear into his exposed flesh, ripping through arteries and dropping the poor half-elf on the ground, bleeding out! If the fiendish trog does take a bite out of the rogue, he will be so much closer to crossing over into the earth mother's eternal embrace. (taking additional damage after already dropping below 0hp counts as two death save failures...)
Love God. Love Others. Any Questions?
Wasn't sure how you were going to read that. It was 5 separate attacks that caused 35 hp damage. Pretty brutal. I consider it all happening at the same time so there is no additional 'Death failure'. Since they are separate attacks there is no system shock roll either.
Just roll a normal death save.
